I flew to Fujairah in the UAE with JaraTravel for the New Year holidays. I stayed at the Ibis hotel, which was picked up by the manager Ulyana. The hotel was very pleasant, the staff was calm and pleasant. The only thing is that there are no slippers, metered shower gel and shampoos in the rooms - you need to take it all with you. Communication with the staff is in English only. There is a shuttle service to the sea, a 15-minute drive - it was very convenient. The urban beach is called Umbrella. The hotel provides a mat, towel, and a bottle of water for the beach. I only had breakfast - it was enough for me for the whole day and it was good that I did not overpaid for lunches or dinners. A wide variety of delicious food. The weather was warm at 26-28°. The New Year itself was held at the hotel. A concert and interesting entertainment events were organized. It was the most memorable vacation and New Year.
I flew alone and did not regret this decision. Ulyana was in touch, but I didn't bother her about trifles, as everything was organized at the highest level.

We had a vacation in Georgia with the help of the travel agency Zharatravel. Everything is clear, fast and comfortable enough. I want to share my impressions about a bus tour to Georgia with the Zharatrevel company. We left Minsk on 23.08. The buses are comfortable, the food on the way was very well organized, the transit hotel is excellent, the drivers are professionals, the guide Tatiana created a comfortable environment.

I want to express my sincere gratitude.. I bought a tour to Georgia from another organization, Zharatravel in my case acted only as a carrier to Batumi. But it was the guys from Zharatravel who made our vacation magical and unforgettable, without any problems.It turned out that we arrived in Batumi at 6 a.m. and I could not be accommodated in the agreed apartments before 12 p.m., there was nowhere to leave my things.. Good afternoon! For anyone who does not want their vacation to be more likely to turn into a nightmare, I do not recommend using the services of the Zhara Travel company. Now I will tell you in detail why in the description.
The girl and I decided to take the Minsk-Batumi bus, we left Minsk on October 4, we were supposed to be in Batumi on October 7, but this was not destined to come true. To begin with, it was stuffy on the bus, the air conditioner was not turned on, although it would seem why in October, but still. The bus conductor was rude in communication, you can't get up and ask something while the bus is moving, and if you need to ask something, you have to yell at the whole bus. Bus stops are not as promised every three hours, but they may not stop for 5-6 hours, they did not stop at the request, so those who want to go to need will have to be creative.
As a result, all this led to a conflict with me, the driver and the conductor. They talked boorishly with threats of disembarkation from the bus. Then the most interesting thing: they dropped us off in the middle of the highway far from the city or any hotels, 1,450 kilometers from Minsk in the Rostov region, called the police. Both the driver and the conductor refused the request to take them to Batumi. The police did not see anything bad or criminal upon arrival, even they were more humane to us and took us to the nearest hotel, unlike the company's employees.
Leaving in a foreign country in the middle of the road far from home is the credo of this company, luring people with colorful photos and promises of comfort and safety of moving. Even the strangers we meet after them on the way are a thousand times more humane and sociable. This company did not even call once and did not ask what was the matter after this incident.
Keep in mind, dear readers, that in this company, if something is wrong, as they do not understand it, be ready to fly off the bus somewhere in the woods on the highway. The company did not return the money, even part of it, having found a thousand reasons to steal money for a service that they never fully provided.
And in conclusion: we were not taken back to Belarus, so we got back ourselves, which led to even more expenses on the road. No one returned the money for the return trip. They don't care about people, the Heat Travel company, as I understand it, the most important thing is profit, and if they are wrong, the Heat Travel company will find thousands of reasons that you are to blame. So, if you are not a fan of extreme adventures with discomfort, I do not recommend the company "Heat Travel". The managers of the company are as polite as the conductor, in quotes. It is better to choose a company that cares about its customers and guarantees them safety and comfort when traveling.

I was traveling with my child from heat travel for the first time and during the entire trip there and back, I never regretted my choice. Anna, who accompanied us, was very tactful, attentive and positive to everyone. Any question and request was solved by her without problems. Drivers are professionals in their field. On any stretch of the road, even the most difficult, the passengers felt calm and confident. The bus was comfortable and comfortable, with a TV and Bluetooth, which even children used, and there was enough Internet for everyone, although of course the place was not enough, but this is the only disadvantage of such a trip.
Two more words about the team. When we were returning home from Batumi, our departure was supposed to be at 19.00. But the bus was delayed, as they stood at the border for 13 hours. But despite such difficulties and fatigue, it took them about 40 minutes to rest a little and go on the way back with other passengers. But even this did not affect the quality and mood of this team in any way.
So once again I want to say a big thank you. And of course next year I will no longer doubt where to turn to and I will go with zharatravel. Unless, of course, I choose an airline.

The bus is comfortable, the seats are comfortable, there is a phone charger, stops are provided every 3-4 hours. During the journey, you can see the beauty of the terrain, feel the power and height of the mountains, bubbling mountain rivers and waterfalls.
