There are three banquet halls of the Zhanym restaurant. I was at a friend's anniversary. The restaurant is cozy, spacious, and bright. But!!! The dish is not important! Cold appetizer, i.e. kazy and meat are not greasy, salads are not tasty (salads were ordered with mayonnaise), the service staff by themselves (you won't find it during the day with fire), In short, you need to hold some kind of lesson with the staff and with the chefs, or just change your attitude to work!
