A spouse with acute pain made an appointment only 2 days later, on Saturday. I drank painkillers for 2 days. He came to the appointment, and was informed that the doctor was ill and would be able to see him only on Tuesday, because everything was busy on Monday. They didn't call to inform me, they didn't offer an alternative. Many clinics are closed on Saturday. Thus, it is not possible to cure the tooth even in another clinic, because 2 days off. I believe that this does not comply with the rules for providing medical care to patients. Previously, the whole family constantly went to this institution and recommended it to friends. Now we will look for another clinic.

Good specialists. But there is certainly nothing to do on a free basis. As for free coupons, it's just an ancient age. I'm talking about children's toothbrushes. We have to go there from 6 a.m. just to sign up. I can't get through to the phone and they say that there are no coupons anymore, you don't come either) I don't understand this joke at all. They are forced to take place on a paid basis. As it is, it is very clean and spacious.

It's terrible!!! They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer the whatsapp. Rude girls are sitting at the reception, barely talking. We wanted to make an appointment in advance because we came from another city, even the insta does not answer.
