**A satisfactory store, but something to work on**
Visited(a) the store **"Zhalia"** in Aktobe. Overall, the impressions are neutral — there are both pros and cons.

✔ **Convenient location** – the store is easy to find, there are bus stops nearby.
✔**Range of basic goods** – there are necessary products and household trifles.
#### **What can be improved:**
***Lack of freshness of some products** – some vegetables and milk were on the verge of expiration.
❌ **Queues at the ticket offices** – there are few employees during rush hours, you have to wait.

It's a whole ordeal to stop by their parking lot, dust and dirt in summer. Nobody cleans the snow in winter! Asphalt it already!!!!
