A modern and cozy ice palace, there is an underground parking. We watched the Turkey-South Africa hockey match here as part of the Division 3 World Championship.

In a word, it's a terrible place. There is an infamous operation. We bought tickets through Bubilet, and as you can see, the incoming mail says that access to the area can only be made by showing the QR code. We went to the rink, we went down, but we were told that we had to go up and register at the skating place below. We went to open the registration upstairs, and this time we were told that we needed to read another QR code and pre-register. And then our session time has already passed. How many times have we gone up and down two floors for nothing. What is the need for such a ridiculous formality. If so much process is needed, why is it written like this in the incoming mail? Come on, pre-registration is required, why is this not notified to us by your municipality by mail or sms beforehand. We're wasting our time for nothing. Also, we were not directed correctly when coming from the first parking lot. He led a few people to ridiculous places. I also shot my car because the parking lot was too narrow. I regret a thousand times that I came. As for the runway, the area with the lockers in front of it is like parents' day. There's no place to get your head together, smart guy. Add a few more benches, people were standing up wearing their skates.

Many of the staff members have five-faced faces. Especially one elderly person dressed as a teacher, who did not get his share of athlete ethics, gave the opposite answer to the questions we asked.

It's being marketed as the biggest track in Europe, but it's a disgrace that the track you're skiing on is lit up in the basement. Only athletes skate on the big track. So there is misleading the consumer. The silivrikapi is even bigger than that.

There are a lot of kids in there. If you are not a professional, it is impossible not to fight. A person sets a quota limit. You can't accelerate properly. It's not safe at all. I guess you don't know how skate blades and ice rink accidents are fatal, let's remind you. The equipment stinks a lot. They are all damaged, very old. The clips of the skates are broken, they do not fit on the feet. They all smell like stinking feet. The knee pads and elbow pads are already torn. Bring hygiene rights. The session time is very short, we pay 500 liras and stay for 40 minutes. There is an exorbitant price increase compared to the last period. I will also complain.

The doors of some of the fire escapes are locked. I congratulate them for their lack of understanding. I think you want us to be devastated when the cooling machines that are running hot inside explode.

Finally, the parking lot should also not be paid. We have already given a world of money, it is a shame to get an extra 200 lira parking fee. Al-insaf. You can't be such a slapper.

We complain, but in vain. Whom will you complain to whom. We write to the municipality via whatsapp, and they direct us to their email address. What do we understand from this? we give it 1 star, but you don't even deserve it. Shame on you. I will never pass by your door again.

The largest ice facility in Europe. there are 2 ice fields. It has a nice cafe, a security search at the entrance. There is also a millet rental house and children's activities inside the facility. Parking is free of charge. I think the only problem is how many other areas besides the ice field are so cold? Ice skating and ice hockey trainings are provided for free, and free ice sports can be done by renting materials.
