We stayed at the hotel in early March 2025. The hotel staff is beyond praise. The hotel is within walking distance of all the historical sights of old Istanbul. There is a tram stop nearby. There are many shops and cafes around where you can have a snack. The hotel is located in a quiet location and only the morning prayer can wake you up at 6 a.m., but that didn't bother us. The room is small but clean and well renovated, cleaned every day. Shampoo, gel, water, tea, coffee, sugar were added every day. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, telephone, TV, refrigerator. The breakfast was hearty, we weren't hungry. The hotel is worth the money.

My favorite hotel! I have stayed in Istanbul only in this wonderful place (already 3 times). I was there in early January and was pleased with the expansion of the hotel. Friendly staff, excellent rooms, varied and delicious breakfast! 😋 Close to Sofia and other historical places. Magnificent sea views
In February 2025, I visited the Zeyn Hotel again — they always adhere to high standards in everything: staff communication with visitors, cozy rooms, and a variety of breakfasts! And a super location: close to the sea, Sofia, trams, metro, etc.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Almost all the sights are 5-15 minutes on foot along the old cobbled streets. It is convenient that there is a tram stop in 5 minutes where you can get to the embankment if you do not want to spend 15 minutes walking. The hotel itself is small, but quite new (the room is clean, cleaning every day). We took room 2+1 child (room 306). We got a wonderful room with a 2nd small room with a single bed (by the way, there are no photos of this room on the website, I hope they will add them, and I will attach them too). The only thing is that it is not a very good view from the window, because the windows overlook the courtyard, the neighboring building and there is a repair going on, by the way, it does not interfere. But since we left early and came in the dark, the view was not very relevant to us. Special thanks to the staff, they are very responsive, there are Russian speakers.

An excellent hotel in its price segment. It was very clean, cleaned every day, changed water, towels, renewed tea and coffee. At the entrance, they told us about the locations of the main attractions, how to get to them faster, the work schedule, and guided us on all issues. They gave me a handkerchief. The breakfasts are regular. I definitely recommend cleanliness and staff, they clearly monitor the quality.

A very cool hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice. A normal breakfast. Good location. Cleaning every day. There are streaks on the ceiling on the top floor of the room. Perhaps the roof leaks in the rain, perhaps it has already been fixed, we need to clarify this point. We helped with the transfer to the airport. In general, we were very satisfied!

I definitely recommend this hotel! Newly renovated, the room is very clean. An excellent and quite varied breakfast. I lived on the ground floor, don't expect a view from the window, but it seems you can see a mosque in the rooms above. Super nice staff, very helpful and sweet, gave me gifts :)))

I recommend the hotel for booking!
1) well located, everything is within walking distance, but very steep climb from the hotel
2) excellent breakfasts, everything is fresh and varied.
3) the room was overlooking the Marmara Sea, on the 3rd floor. Audibility, everything is very miniature) slippers, soap accessories are all there (except toothpaste, take it with you) cleaned every day 👍🏼
4) the most important plus is the staff!!! Wonderful guys at the reception, Russian speakers, always attentive, but not intrusive. They gave me a handkerchief for going to the mosque (and more than once it helped me out)). I fainted a little at the hotel, everyone came to the rescue, they helped me out, for which we are incredibly grateful!!!

We had a rest from December 11 to December 15, 2024. The number matches the description and photo. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The wife was given a present - a handkerchief. The breakfasts are normal - there are no hungry people left. There is an elevator. The staff is polite, towels, slippers, and soapy towels were ordered as needed. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, drinking water. Everything is just great.

I advise everyone who wants to plunge into the age of Sultan Suleiman. The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff is very friendly and wonderful. Coffee is served at the meeting. Breakfast is included. There is a parking lot at the hotel. True, $10 a night, but it's better than not having it at all.

The hotel is cozy, in the heart of Sultanahmet district.
It feels new, there is even an elevator.
We took a 3-bed room on the 4th floor. There is not enough space, but the view is cool, on the Bosphorus, seagulls are ships, the roofs of houses descend to the water with a ledge.. because of the view, they took it, they only spent the night in the room.
The furniture is not broken, the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the bathroom is ordinary.
They cleaned every day.
I liked the breakfasts. The assortment is constant, it does not differ in variety, but it is delicious, you will not get bored in a week. Coffee and tea are available.
The Blue Mosque is 5-8 minutes away and 5-7 turns along the winding streets slightly uphill.
By the way, the alarm clock is built into Istanbul: the muezzin will wake you up at 6 o'clock at any point))
The main feature of the hotel is the staff. It is only because of these polite, helpful guys that I will stay at this hotel again as soon as I arrive.
And they told me about the city, they gave me a map, they marked something on the map, they even gave my daughter and my wife a small present.
I recommend it!

Polite and friendly staff - fulfilled all wishes, presented souvenirs before check-in. The hotel itself is small, clean, and the rooms are cozy. Our windows overlooked the mosque and we woke up to prayer, but it didn't bother us. The location is excellent, we reached all the sights on foot. I recommend.

I recommend this hotel!
The main attractions are within walking distance. There is also a tram stop and a port nearby. The hotel has comfortable beds and is very clean. Free in-room water, tea and coffee. Excellent location of the hotel (the sights are within walking distance). The nearest metro station is a quiet walk of 20 minutes, then the tram stop is 15 minutes. The main shops are nearby, to go to a large shopping center by metro. We were met at the hotel just wonderful! They gave gifts and attention! The guys told about the remarkable things, they gave a map for convenience and even marked the locations on it, The number is small, everything is there. The towels were cleaned and changed every day, the hygiene kit was updated, bottled water was brought every day. There is an elevator, it is convenient to climb with luggage. The breakfasts are standard, everything is there. Delicious, satisfying. We helped with ordering a transfer to the airport! We will recommend the hotel to everyone!

Excellent hotel, in a quiet area of Sultan Ahmet, clean and cozy rooms with daily cleaning and replacement of bathroom accessories and linen. There is an elevator. A decent breakfast. Nice hotel, nice view of Istanbul (on the upper floors). Delicious breakfasts and courteous staff. I liked that we were greeted, quickly arranged and escorted to our room (the room is clean, everything necessary for living is available). A solid two! The deception begins right on the site, I never thought that you could be deceived on the Booking. Stated rooms are bright, spacious 21sq.m. the hotel's rating is 9.6 I do not understand where this figure came from!! Not only is the hotel located in the opera of the world, we spent a lot of time searching for it! Thanks to the kind Turks, they did not help, they even called there and explained how to get through... And what was our disappointment when we saw the hotel itself with ground-floor windows right on the ground, a dining room right in the hallway of the first floor and rooms so big that there was nowhere to put a suitcase on the floor. The bed has not been changed after the previous guests with black hair on the pillow... In general, I had to leave this hotel and urgently look for another one!
