Pros: Very good prices, quite a large selection of furniture.
Cons: if to order, then it is unrealistically long to wait (officially 1 month, but in fact 2 months), the delivery date, and then the assembly will be postponed 10 times. And once we did not wait for the collector: we waited more than a week, called, they all promised to come. As a result, the bed was assembled by themselves, but no one from the company came and called.
Another disadvantage: the collectors. They assembled a large wardrobe for me: they assembled it not close to the wall, closer to the middle of the room. In the end, I asked them to move it to the wall, and they said that it was big and could not be moved. Then the question is: what kind of person did they put him in the middle of the room? Somehow I persuaded him to move it, he moved very easily. When they left, I saw that during assembly, two support walls cracked during assembly, because the assemblers screwed the bolts at an angle. I sent the photos to the support service, no one deigned to respond.
Another disadvantage: tables for schoolchildren: too high, even higher than tables for adults according to the standard. No matter how much I tried to buy there, I never found one that meets the standards for the growth of a teenage student.
Minus: the assortment is available. Very little assortment from the site is available in the store.
Bottom line: if you take ready-made furniture, then there are no problems at all: check on the spot for defects and they will deliver it to you very quickly. But if there is no stock or the furniture is large, then get ready to take things out of the closet and sit in this mess, waiting for the assembler and then you will have to check the build quality. But I took the last assembly 3 years ago, maybe something has changed.

Hello. To be honest, we visited the Zeta store on Tashkent Street all the time, but the service of managers fell there. You go around looking for managers and there's no point!
But the Zeta store on Berezovsky was pleasantly satisfied, especially the service of all staff 👍👍👍
We were buying cones for a residential complex and a manager named NAZIM helped us a lot. Everything is very fast and really treats the client professionally 👍

Сеть магазинов. Хороший ассортимент, ценник тоже неплохой, да впрочем магазин не нуждается в рекламе, для дома можно купить практически все, от кружки и ложки до стола и стула. Удивил персонал, для чего нужна двойная верификация ( проверяют чеки и товар после покупки, на ввходе). Понял позже, что казахи (без обиды) невнимательные, выдали нам комплект полок совершенно другой, чем в чеке ( дороже). Однако все поменяли без проблем.

Ужасный магазин,никогда ничего не заказывайте через интернет магазин,вытрепят все нервы. Заказала шкаф в июле, через полтора месяца привезли,собрали , дверцы оказались разного цвета, деталей не хватило ,сборщики сказали,что это нормально,уже месяц прошу исправить брак, сотрудники магазина просто издеваются

По отдельным категориям выбор не особо большой. Персонал не особо старается помочь. Надо самому ходить и искать их. Очень часто цена на кассе не соответствует маркировке в большую сторону. Качество мебели ниже среднего (сборные шкафы )

Можно что-нибудь выбрать. Парковка есть, на машин 8, если повезёт при паркуешься, интернет очень слабый, на нижнем этаже нет вовсе - для оплаты. Одна касса работала когда приходил. (Приходил 6 раз). Всем добра!
