A great place with one of the best coffees in this city.
We were in Minsk for 3 days, and rented an apartment next to the Grain cafe. And we decided to have breakfast there one day.
There are not many people in the morning, which creates a kind of privacy for your family.
The girls are very friendly and sincerely glad to see you. They will always advise you what you can take.
The food is delicious, the coffee is godlike, I even came back and took another one with me. It's really worth it.
I will add a small spoonful of tar - the price tag is above average, i.e. breakfast for three turns out to be more expensive than in other establishments (spoiler - it's worth it). BUT since such a difference did not hit our pocket, we were delighted and got a solid 5 points out of 5.
I recommend it to everyone to visit.

It is a historical place, one of the few old atmospheric cafes in Minsk, and legends and myths about Varavin still go around. By the way, one of the alcoholic cocktails was named after him.
One of the best "terraces" in Minsk, a good place and tables. The staff is a little sullen and indifferent, but what can you do, but honestly:)
The coffee is excellent, you could put a lower price tag for "kishi" and pastries, but this is grain, let's forgive them.

The coffee is brewed deliciously, and there are many desserts to choose from. Sour cream cake with cherries is my favorite, well soaked, a pleasure. A pleasant place. A huge plus is that they work from 7 a.m. and you can run in for breakfast in the morning. There are not so many such establishments in Minsk, so special thanks to the owners for such a schedule. The coffee is delicious, the menu would not say that there is a large selection, but you can always find something. The breakfasts are good.

I was very unpleasantly surprised when I tried espresso in such a famous place, so unpalatable and at the same time so expensive ((((
The service made me feel awkward, when asked to digest, I saw only indifference and dissatisfaction with my request. But fortunately or unfortunately, they digested it, but the result remained the same. The coffee was severely under-extracted, salty and viscous. I am very disappointed that with such opportunities (equipment) and prices on the menu, it was not possible to drink delicious espresso in this place (((
I wish this place to find time to train its staff in order to please, and not to upset its guests!

The trip to Minsk turned out not only fascinating, but also very tasty. We were surprised by a large number of cafes and restaurants with decent service and an interesting assortment of dishes.
Cafe "Grain" surprises any visitor with its varied breakfasts. Numerous dishes of eggs, porridge, pastries. It will be difficult to resist just one glance at the showcase. We were lucky that we came as a whole company and were able to try everything!

The coffee is brewed perfectly - 10/10, rich, delicious, without sourness / bitterness. But they don't really know how to make desserts - they are very "heavy" and high in calories, the same brownie they barely brought because of the cloying. The atmosphere is nothing special, "white wallpaper / black dishes", Plus in autumn /winter you will not really relax, because the cafe is small and drafts from the door reach even into the interior of the room.

The service is very disappointing, such a famous coffee shop, and the service and the taste of coffee are disgusting. I took an espresso, they brought me an absolutely under-fermented, salty drink. Question: what did I give 6.5 for? We digested it, but it only got a little better. Disinterest was also evident in the barista's face. I was categorically dissatisfied with the campaign, I will not return anymore. Expensive equipment, apparently, is purely for the sake of appearance.

The coffee is good, but the food... both the taste and the cooking speed definitely leave much to be desired. Shakshusha is a strange mixture of crumbs from baked eggs and vegetables. The cooking speed with an almost empty hall is 25 minutes.

My favorite coffee shop. I love sitting here on the terrace in summer and reading a book. The coffee is very tasty, as it is everywhere in the Grain. Lovely polite barista girls.
Although there is not enough space inside. It may not be very convenient in winter, but if there are few people, then it's wonderful inside.

I would like to leave a good review about the coffee shop Grain on Independence 46. I would especially like to mention barista Eugene and barista Anastasia!!! Excellent coffee will be prepared for you here, according to all your wishes and preferences. And also here I was destined to try just an extraordinary Basque cheesecake, which many coffee shops and bakeries in Minsk cannot boast of. The atmosphere is very calm and friendly. I would like to advise everyone to spend their breakfast here at least once or just work on a laptop. Breakfast was supposed to start at the opening, but at 09:10 there were only two items from the entire breakfast menu. There were also some drinks. It feels like the staff hasn't finished preparing for the opening. My wife had breakfast at this place today. I ordered a croissant with scramble and asked to add bacon. She clarified whether it was possible to fry fried eggs instead of scramble, which was refused, since there is no frying pan for such scrambled eggs. As a result, breakfast was brought on a saucer slightly larger than the croissant itself. It would not be very convenient to cut on it, I asked to replace it with a large plate. The next time they brought it in a bowl with high sides, which would also interfere with the use of appliances. For the third time, they brought it on a flat plate with a larger diameter. For breakfast: the scramble is over-dried (maybe the pan is to blame), the bacon is also extremely dried, the croissant is soaked from the scrambled eggs. I did not enjoy the food, while this breakfast cost 26 rubles - for this money you can have a delicious breakfast in almost any institution in Minsk with prices much higher than average. Flat White was good.

we found a hair in the coffee... that doesn't match our hair color and size in any way... The girls apologized and that was it. They asked us to repeat the coffee, but they didn't bring anything when we left the cafe, they just all went into the kitchen, hid.

According to the time of readiness, it happens in different ways, it happens quite quickly, and sometimes you wait a very long time. It's a bit expensive for a piece of cake of 10 rubles, the service is good, the decor is too. The girls at the checkout are patient and don't rush you with a choice when your eyes are running away. I want to note that the guys from the staff are very polite and positive, which cannot be said about the girls, it feels like they work here 24/7 and do not sleep, they are so tortured. I noticed a very interesting approach, if the client came with a dog, they bring water to the dog. Very cute.

I liked the outdoor area - tables and armchairs, flowers, I wanted to sit outside with a cup of coffee and dessert. But it started to rain, I had to sit inside- it was cozy. There is a toilet, wi-fi. The barista and the waitress served well, and the order arrived quickly. A good coffee shop. It seems to be on the main street, but also a little inside the courtyard. Cute.

After watching the laudatory reviews about the coffee shop, we decided to go, the menu is very poor, the variety of breakfasts leaves much to be desired.
At 10:00 a.m., the croissant tasted similar to yesterday's, meaning there were no fresh pastries. They don't bother much with the harmony of the ingredients, there are no sauces in the dish, just a set: sausage, cheese, bread. It would be cheaper- no questions asked.
