I love this place. Such employees are friendly, they will always tell you everything. Professionals in their field. And they make delicious coffee. And our own production is awesome. I've tried Fluffy, Gagarin, China (I'm trying to try everything) and I was very pleased.🥰.
And today I was late for an order, I arrived right next to it, so I also had time to grind coffee. What a wonderful girl. But I also want to single out the young man who worked last time. He's super!!!!!!!Customer orientation is at the highest level.

We have repeatedly ordered ground coffee Lofbergs Brazil Single Origin 450 g. Once again, 3 packs were tempered. Brewed in a coffee machine, there is no taste or aroma, just "painted over" water. We thought the problem was in the coffee machine. They cooked the same thing in a geyser-type coffee maker. We opened another pack of the same "colored" water without taste. With the remaining pack, I contacted the stores about a replacement or refund. On my assumption that the coffee is fake, the seller in the store, after talking with the manager, said that the supplier had not changed and everything was in order. On the offer to open the package and make coffee on the spot, I heard that coffee is non-refundable…

I decided to repeat it and made another order on May 3. The girl called back, said that there was something missing. I asked about the date of the complete order, so as not to change the position in it. I was clearly told - May 7th. On May 6, I will call you back in advance. OK. I'm waiting for a call... he is neither 6 nor 7.
Today I call myself and they say that the order is not completed and this week it will not be, a big weekend...For a second, the holidays will be over in a week. The situation is annoying and annoying, why doesn't anyone notify you in advance???? During this time, you can order 10 times already in another place. She said I didn't need the order. And, to be honest, I would be too lazy to write some kind of review, but I received a notification about the cancellation of the order in my mail with the reason "we were not satisfied with the delivery time."
No, guys, it wasn't the timing that didn't suit, but the piggy attitude. The client should not be in an information vacuum and guess what will be delivered to him and when, and if you have any delays, then you need to inform about it in advance.

On Friday, there was a call from the girl manager saying that the delivery would be made on Monday. That is, there is already a discrepancy with the terms of delivery described on the website. Okay, Monday is Monday. We agreed on the time for Monday. A few hours later, a call from the same girl - "we can't deliver to you on Monday, let's go on Tuesday or come for pickup and pick it up." This is called "sarvis pa-belarusku". Why write about something you can't do? Also, the manager does not think twice, offering to come for pickup, that the time to get to them also costs money, and can cost MUCH more than the product that they offer. It does not offer such a unique product that you can go through half the city to get it. And if a Customer orders coffee from them for delivery at a certain time, then he expects that the goods will be delivered on time and without any visit to the pick-up point due to the information provided on their website.
