If you need to hold a family event solemnly and comfortably, then you are here. The staff will adapt to your needs, serve you with a smile and at a high level. The chef will not let you down, he will prepare dishes at your request, and the administrator will try to ensure your order in due time. Also for convenience, there is a large parking lot for your guests behind the restaurant building and a small one in front of the facade. I recommend. You will not regret the money spent.
The restaurant is like a restaurant... spacious and cozy... with its own parking lot... If I'm not mistaken... I forgot about it already... I've been there for a long time... along the road... comfortable
Wonderful, delicious and fast, quiet and calm, beautiful and warm. Very good, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. You will be satisfied. Well done. Great.
Pros the officers are some rude and on sweet tea the tea is cold, the senior officer does not know how to count rudely, the administrator is beautiful, but also rude, I only advise the officiants not to do a wedding there
The restaurant itself is beautiful, still "fresh" and well maintained. The waiters work well. But here's a team of chefs... The kitchen, to put it mildly, suffers. Beshbarmak was served COLD, the meat was frozen, the tortillas stuck together in one layer. The shurpa was specifically diluted with water, apparently there was not enough for everyone. An incomprehensible and not at all appetizing beetroot salad, which was not touched by any of the guests. The dried fruit compote was delicious, but it was also not calculated for the number of people, and it quickly ran out.
The restaurant management should think about replacing the chef's staff.
The hall where the wedding was dark, there was not enough lighting. It's already getting old.

Good afternoon. Yesterday we celebrated the New Year with the organization in your restaurant. The toastmaster cheerfully organized the event. We liked the toastmaster. Thank you very much. But the service in the restaurant was zero ] :) The waiters are not aware of their functions at all. They didn't wait for the second course and left. They don't know our menu, even though they were assigned to our table. During the competition, the toastmaster handed 1 vacation ticket to the antler farm to the winner named Korkemai. During the drawing of prizes for New Year's costumes in the entire restaurant, which is 300 people, there were only 4 people, in connection with which the toastmaster, out of the kindness of his soul, so as not to deprive anyone, gave us four Vouchers to rest in the Antler Farm, which he publicly announced. For a photo report, a photographer from the restaurant photographed us with a ticket. Then it turns out that there are only 2 vouchers for a married couple, one of which the toastmaster has already handed over to Korkemai. There was a force majeure, from which the Toastmaster decided to leave in this way, albeit absurdly: given that the ticket is for two, and there are 5 applicants: 4 people in suits and 1 winner of the Korkemai competition, he decided to divide 2 vouchers between us in a brotherly way: Korkemai and 1 girl in an Indian costume handed 1 ticket, with the words: A ticket for two, so go on vacation together. The Toastmaster announced the second ticket: Considering that there are three of you in suits from the same organization, I am handing you three one ticket. Go to the administrator Dinara. She will resolve this situation, perhaps allow all three of them to go on vacation. It's all said into the microphone in the whole hall, so it's official. We all went up to the Senior Receptionist, who is sitting on the ground floor, near the locker room. She reacted harshly: The Toastmaster is wrong. There are only 2 vouchers and that is for married couples, not for 2 people. There are no more vouchers. Summary: 3 applicants were left without vouchers. The evening is ruined not only by poor staff service, but also by deception. It seems to me that in such force majeure situations, the administration should have informed the owner of the restaurant, who is also the owner of the panther farm, and resolved the situation by issuing additional vouchers to the other applicants so as not to overshadow the evening, our rest and raise our authority, the image of the restaurant. On the contrary, the administration reacted that the Toastmaster was spending the evening in their restaurant for the first time, so he was mistaken, so there are no more vouchers for today, because the hostess allocates only 2 vouchers per day. The tours are over for today. With the words: "Deal with the Toastmaster yourself as you want: you can play vouchers among yourself or negotiate by giving in to someone voluntarily, but there are no additional vouchers" - she put us out the door. At 4 we were left with 1 ticket in perplexity, because Korkemai, the winner of the competition, took the ticket and quickly went home. What does it mean? How to divide it? Meanwhile, the host went on to spend the evening. The feeling in my soul, the sediment from the restaurant's service of course remained negative, but in my soul there is still faith in a miracle that the restaurant administration and the hostess of the institution, after reading this post, on New Year's Eve, will still resolve this situation and give us three additional vouchers for a married couple, especially a vacation in the antler farm the hostess is in personal hands, which means she can well act as Santa Claus, because each of us, even being old, always waits for a miracle from the New Year, like a child. I wish you all the best and the right decisions in resolving force majeure situations. We are waiting for a response from you. Make a gift to us and we will believe that a miracle happens and we must not lose hope.
The entrance is high, you can't roll a suitcase. The rooms are so-so, they could not set up TV broadcasting for a long time, the service is low. The breakfasts are modest.
