The hotel is nice, the renovation is fresh, the rooftop pool has a great view of the sea and sunset in the evenings. The breakfasts are excellent, the best that we have met in 7 trips to Thailand. The hotel has a side that is located opposite the mosque, next to it the call to prayer begins at 5 a.m., it is very loud, everything can be heard in the room. We got room 5011 on this side, after three nights we asked for a change, the staff went to meet us and gave us room 6015, you can hear much less there, slept much better in the morning. The staff is friendly, everyone greets, smiles, in all cases, whether it's an iron with a board, or bring water, they go to the rescue. The room has slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, cream, sugar and a coffee machine with capsules.
The only thing is that the bathroom door is inconvenient, it opens inside and takes up a lot of space, but these are small things. The road to the beach is the most important disadvantage, it passes through a busy highway, along which the whole of Patong travels from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m., you can not walk with strollers, please note! You can still walk along the edge of the sidewalk, although it is heavily covered with bikes.
The beach is clean, this is the very beginning of Patong, the stinky river is far away, but when snorkeling, be careful, there are small sharp shells on the rocks, it is very easy to injure hands and feet about them, wounds take a long time to heal.
Not far from the hotel there are many laundrette points where you can wash and iron clothes, inexpensively, two 7 elevators and pharmacies, a good point with fruits, they do not cheat on weight and prices. Immediately to the left of the hotel in 30 meters.
To the right of the hotel there is a car and bike rental, Russian-speaking men work there, they rented a car there for 3 days, 2200 baht a day, a deposit of $ 300, everything is fine, we rode, handed over the car without problems, returned the deposit. The only thing is that 300 baht was asked for sand in the cabin. Opposite the hotel is the Lilavadi massage salon, I really liked the foot massage, they did it for really an hour, the room was clean and cool, all the masters were busy, there were a lot of customers. So everything is fine, go to a good hotel, we advise you!

I liked the hotel. Quite modern. There is a swimming pool, spa and gym. The sensor on the balcony for the air conditioner was broken and repaired in 5 minutes. The breakfasts are good. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is very nice.

I would give the hotel 3+ normal rooms, but teach that there is a side that faces the mosque. Maybe if you like to wake up to prayer or I don't know how to do it right at 5 a.m., then this suits you, but there are rooms in the courtyard and it's quiet there. The breakfasts are good. Parking under the hotel is small, but there have always been places. The pool is simple on the roof and the bar is not impressed, but a great place for sunsets

The first pleasant impression of the hotel was blurred due to the theft of the staff. First, they pulled $ 100 out of the safe, and on the day of departure, we found 2 more things missing - a new T-shirt with Thai boxing symbols, bought as a gift, and my orthopedic neck holder, necessary for a long flight for medical reasons.
I have been to Thailand many times and could not have thought that such a thing was possible there. Disappointment.

They stole $600 from the room!
We have been staying at this hotel since 20.01.23
On 01/27.23, after returning to the hotel from the beach in the evening, they opened the safe in the room to go change dollars for baht, as the funds exchanged at the beginning of the holiday were running out. But no money was found there!!
We looked through the contents of the safe several times and everything was in place except the dollars (laptop, phones, cards, passports). We started checking backpacks, suitcases, and all corners of the room. At the same time, they were completely sure that they put everything in the safe. But it's impossible for someone to take money from the safe (IT's A SAFE!)
We asked the manager to look at the recordings from the camera at the reception upon check-in (after all, this is the only moment when the CAMERA shows that we had money at the time of arrival. After all, there are no cameras in the room). They came to meet us and showed us a recording - it shows how I take out the money and put it in my backpack. Accordingly, we received proof that we were going to the room, I put the money with all the valuables in the safe, and only from there could they disappear!
We explained this and asked to check the cameras to see if someone else could have entered the room. After all, after the loss of money, we remembered and attached importance to the fact that several times in the evening there was a knock on the room, and when we opened the door to check, there was no one around.
It took us almost a day and a half to achieve this, they eventually did more - first they came and downloaded the information on opening the safe via the usb port in the safe (it should show when the safe was opened / closed with our password, and when with the universal key that they have, or some other) after a while they returned and scanned the information also with the electronic door key.
The next morning we were called and shown a screenshot of the information on entering the room, the one that was counted from the door : they said that only we entered with our key and that was it. But that every day, besides us, the staff also entered with their key was not particularly taken into account))
According to the information from the safe, they said that something was not working yet and would work a little later.
We wait and come up that evening - to which we are answered by a completely different answer - that information about the safe can only be obtained with the police. After all, only the police can take fingerprints from the safe and get the data on the opening. But then why did they read the information from the safe themselves and stall for time if they are not ready to provide us with this information is unclear and very suspicious.
By this time, the police are already closed, we are waiting for tomorrow and we are going to file a statement. We hope that we will be able to solve something, there are only 5 days left before departure.

Well, it doesn't pull 5 stars. There was a view from the window of the mountain and the road. The balconies are small. On the top floor where the pool has a beautiful view of the sea, you can watch the sunset, there is a lot of chlorine in the pool, there is a hydro massage right in it, a bar. In the bar itself, everything is 4 times more expensive than in the supermarket, they took it with them to the store and went up. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is no minibar in the room. It is better to take excursions near the hotel, give things to the laundry too (everything is right to the left of the exit).

The worst experience of the stay, I regret every penny spent. In 2022, it doesn't match the photos at all. There are many problems:
- Ill-mannered employees; they do not speak perfect English and refuse to use an interpreter :)
- There is no Wi-Fi at all, it constantly breaks the connection, there is not enough speed even to upload the map to Google maps normally.
- The sheets and towels are dirty... the rooms have an unpleasant strange smell of dampness mixed with mold. We bought an air freshener on 7/11 to mask it somehow.
- There is no sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking in half a voice.
In general, it did not work out to rest.

Great hotel. good location. The beach and the sea are clean, unlike the main entrance. Convenient and free parking. Daily room cleaning and 4*0.5 bottles of water. The central air conditioner is new and cools well. There is a pool with chlorinated water on the roof. On the 2nd floor there is a spa and a gym with a bunch of exercise equipment for all parts of the muscles. The breakfasts are good from 6 to 10 o'clock. The beach towel can be changed at least every half hour. The staff is polite and kind. Check-in at 2 p.m. Those who need parties and nightlife will be far from the center.

The best hotel where I had a chance to relax.
New, clean, quite simple, but at the same time very stylish and modern. The staff is incredible: friendly, courteous. Amazing food, and what kind of pastries there (its own bakery, by the way)
The location, in our opinion, is convenient, besides, we like to walk along the streets or along the seashore in the evening, and there the central entertainment is just around the corner!
I put 10 stars out of 5 possible ones. We recommend it. Or maybe we'll come back ourselves)

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is on the level. There is a slight problem with the shower unit....🤦♂️ But you can get over it. The most terrible thing is the view from the window / balcony, or rather its complete absence. You can see the windows of the other rooms opposite. If the "view" from the window is not important to you and "living" with closed curtains is quite acceptable for you, then feel free to choose this hotel. The location and service are decent. A solid four by Thai standards.
