I went to this studio because they gave me a certificate. I'll start with the pros: - good relaxing massage - the masseuse talks pleasantly, tells you what procedure, how and why she does it. - there was a pleasant atmosphere in the office Minuses: - I couldn't sign up for a long time. They offer a time, after 10 minutes they write that they still need to choose another one, then they ask to postpone the day of the visit, and so on. I signed up for the fourth attempt. - they didn't ask about the contraindications. In my spa kit, it turns out that the first thing I had to do was go to the sauna to warm up, but my blood pressure is low and it is not advisable to visit saunas. As a result, she came out after about 10 minutes, sat alone, waited for the masseuse. - going to the shower across the hallway, smeared with all sorts of mixtures, sucks. Thank you that there weren't any more visitors waiting there, and it would have been nice if there had been some cool gels, otherwise there was a half-finished palmolive. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I think it's an overreach. I won't go there myself again.

Disgusting So in order, the masseuse did a good massage. That's where all the good things end. But she kept coming out of the office while I was changing, and there were other visitors in the waiting room, and I was half naked inside. After I left, the next visitor came in immediately - they didn't clean up after me. So I went into a dirty office too. the facial massage is disgusting. Not only that, no oil was used, nothing. The first time they gave me a facial massage. I didn't know how it should be. I Googled it. At least some kind of oil is used, it turns out. Do not rub your face on a dry one. Well, I was yesterday. Today, I got pimples that are painful. The cost of the service is 1200.000 soums. All that I've been through is not worth the money. There are a bunch of other studios cheaper or with the same receipt where these disadvantages are not present. My advice is to avoid this place.

A very cool spiritual practice studio!It's very cozy, very warm, comfortable and atmospheric! And what kind of energy is there, there are just no words, it's a pleasure to be inside! I definitely recommend you to visit!
