A very beautiful guest house, everything is made for people. The yard is surrounded by greenery: grapes, tangerines, nectarines, bananas, lemons - everything grows and bears fruit.
We lived in an economy room. There is a shared kitchen on the street, there is absolutely everything you need. Bathroom and shower are shared, outside, washing machine for a fee. Not far from the beach with the purest water. The owners are good, they settled in early. Thank you for a good rest!

We traveled as a family with three children, occupied two suites on the second floor. Very comfortable guest house, hospitable hosts. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated, and every corner in the courtyard is functional and aesthetic. The life and convenience of the guests are thought out to the smallest detail. As the name implies, the yard is the greenest in Lidzawa, not a yard, but an oasis. The owners put a lot of effort and soul into this guest house. Good luck and prosperity!

We decided to take a vacation with our family in Abkhazia. The decision was spontaneous and the search for housing was one of the key points, because it is difficult to find good housing in the season and in such a short time.
I just opened Yandex maps, chose the right location and called all the guest houses.
I came across a Green courtyard. The rating is good, but there are few reviews (the last one was in January). I called at my own risk.
I was talking to Arseny . An incredibly pleasant young man , told me everything , answered my million questions , in general , he was very endearing to himself . We agreed to check in , dropped the payment for 2 days and waited for a vacation)
A couple of times we were wildly deceived with housing (not in Abkhazia), the expectation is a reality.
But everything was just great here .
The yard is really green, which is simply surrounded by greenery.
The territory is large , the children have something to do , everything is thought out !
The hosts are just wonderful , hospitable people , it is clear that they keep both the territory and the rooms with great love and care 🤍
Everything is clean. Room cleaning! Moreover, you are not running around and asking to be cleaned, but you are being told about it.
The sea is 10 minutes away, the sea is clean.
In general , who thinks - do not think .

We had a rest from June 10 to 17, 2023. It's a great place. The rooms are super, there are all amenities - toilet, shower. Snow-white bed linen, a set of towels, a clothes dryer. Separate tables at each room - to sit in the evening, admiring the stunning views around. There is a kitchen with everything you need - a stove, microwave, sink, dishes. There is a barbecue area. The hosts and staff are great people, friendly, helpful. They will help with all the questions that arise. I will separately note the cafe on the territory - chef Valery cooks everything so delicious and decorates it so beautifully that you will not find this in the best restaurants. The sea is about 400-500m away, there are shops and cafes along the way. The sea is very clean. Thanks to the owners of the Green Courtyard for the excellent reception. I highly recommend it.

At the moment we are resting in the guest house "Zeleny Dvor". Friendly hosts. A large courtyard. Several kitchens. Children have a place to play football, badminton and basketball. There are 2 barbecues with skewers and a grill. Clean and tidy. There are many plants on the territory: apples, limes, kiwis and so on (I can't recognize all of them). the beach is 5 minutes away. There is a cafeteria nearby that is delicious and reasonably priced. There are shops that accept Russian cards. we recommend visiting sunflower. there is a bus stop nearby, you can quickly and inexpensively get to Gagra and to the sandy beach at the fish factory. the prices for housing are adequate. shampoos, gels, hair dryer, towels are in the room. there is air conditioning, TV and wifi. if there are questions, the hosts always go to a meeting. satisfied. The Green Yard is a wonderful place for a family vacation! We have been coming for several years and we want to return this year. There are many places in the courtyard where you can hide in the shade, and there is a small playground for children. Grocery stores are nearby, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. Guest house "Green Yard" we are vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time, it took a very long time to choose a place to stay, according to positive reviews we found a Green yard and our expectations were met! The territory is huge and fenced, where you can safely leave the children and not worry. All rooms are made in different styles, different pieces have been added to the interior. When booking, Arseny told me everything in detail, he was always in touch, as I had a lot of questions. There are 2 kitchen areas, 2 barbecue areas, each room has air conditioning, good bed linen, shampoos, towels, hair dryer and even books! The hostess Asida always greets with a smile, which is not a little pleasant. The sea is 8 minutes away, there are few people, the water is clean, not like in Adler. Now I will recommend the Green Yard to all my relatives.

We had a family vacation in the Green Courtyard at the end of August 2023. We were in Abkhazia for the first time, the guest house is located in the village, and this is a plus for those who like to retire, slow down and reboot. The cleanest sea (with sun beds, canopies, a tidy beach), several grocery stores, a good cafe (we went to Sunflower) - all within a 5-10 minute walk. We lived in a suite on the second floor, admired the beautiful view from the balcony: mountains, abundance of greenery. The room had everything you needed: comfortable elastic beds, snow-white bed linen, wi-fi, clean bathroom. Despite the power surges, the air conditioner worked smoothly, the refrigerator, cold and hot water did not disappear. Many thanks to Asida, Arseny and Olga for their care, cleanliness and comfort! We hope to come back here again.

We lived in a suite on the ground floor.
The room is clean and cozy. At the exit of each room there is a table and chairs where you can place food. The territory is green, you can relax in the shade of a gazebo with kiwi.
Sometimes there were not enough dishes in the kitchen for cooking, but this problem was solved by coming a little later or earlier than lunch.
The hostess is excellent, all the comfort on the territory and in the rooms is her handiwork.
Everything was always delicious in the on-site cafe.

A great place for a family holiday. There are a lot of plants in the yard, a small Playground. Rooms for every taste, there are suites with amenities, there are houses with amenities, there are economy rooms with amenities on the street (everything is clean everywhere) . There are air conditioners everywhere. There are two summer kitchens with all necessary utensils. There are tables with chairs next to each room, you can relax near the room, as well as several tables in the large summer kitchen, a large TV. There is a huge table on the territory, which can also be used. Kids really love the fish pond on the territory. There is a large football field with a gate in the backyard. Two barbecues, grilles-everything is there. The rooms have large and comfortable beds. It is clean and very cozy. There is a cafe with delicious homemade cuisine nearby, prices are lower than everywhere else. The owner of the Laurel himself makes wine from grapes that grow on the territory. The best wine of all that has been tasted in Abkhazia 😍
The hosts are very friendly, they will always help everyone, prompt, advise.
You can also go on excursions directly from the hotel, the whole range of excursions is available in each room.
The hotel is opposite the relict pines🌲 air 👍 to the sea slowly 10min just along these pines with the amazing smell of trees! The cleanest sea is here. Shops are within walking distance with a large assortment. There is a bus stop nearby, you can take a bus to the center in 5 minutes.
We have been coming here for 5 years! We are very satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

This is our first visit to Abkhazia, we booked the "Green Yard" through Booking. The guest house lives up to its name, the courtyard is surrounded by greenery. Suite room (TV, split, bar fridge, toilet and shower), spacious enough, excellent bed linen, comfortable beds. But!!!! There are several nuances, almost every day I turn off the electricity for several hours and, accordingly, you are left without communication (because Wi-Fi), and of course everything else does not work. The staff is basically normal. By the way, I do not recommend booking an economy room here, it is very cramped, it smells of mold. These are the impressions 😉

A wonderful place! The beach, the air, the good quality of the suites! There is everything you need: a double bed and a single bed (for three a decent large room), the room has its own bathroom - large shower, sink, compact, hairdryer, mirror, set of towels for 3 people, t. paper, disposable gel and shampoo in 3 copies. Everything is OK! The room has a refrigerator, a large and comfortable wardrobe, bedside tables, a flat-screen LCD TV on the wall, air conditioning, WI-FI is available (but with a large number of guests there is only enough for phones, there is not enough signal strength on TV). You can eat in the dining room at the guest house, you can cook by yourself! The kitchen has everything you need...unless there is no oven! A very beautiful barbecue in the form of a deer! A large well-maintained territory, many interesting plants: grape arbor, Feihua, bananas, kiwi arbor, lemons, magnolia, roses, apple trees, cherries, plums and a bunch of plants and trees that I do not know!!!...but very beautiful! A lot has been done for children: a children's house, a sports corner, safe paths, a football field. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach. Cows come across on the way, but in Abkhazia it is everywhere! The beach is large: you can go to the nearest one through the passage between the cottages, or you can go to the big one through the park- for every taste! The hosts are hospitable and very responsive in the "Green Courtyard" to all requests: change the light bulbs, clean the room out of turn, remove the blockage in the kitchen - everything was solved very quickly! We really enjoyed our vacation here! We'll come again!

I would like to express my gratitude to the owners of the wonderful guest house "Zeleny Dvor"! We rested here from July 4 to July 12, 2022. We really liked everything! The guest house is located 400m from the beach, along the road to which there are grocery stores and various stalls. The beach is clean with pine trees on the shore, just gorgeous! We came here for air, the relict pine forest impresses with its scale, stretches along the entire coast of Pitsunda.
The guest house itself has everything you need to relax. A cozy veranda with a shared kitchen in which it is pleasant to have breakfast and dinner. There is a cafe from the guest house, where delicious food and delicious drinks are prepared by the owner of the guest house Lavrenty himself. Lavrenty is a good fellow, he built everything himself, constantly monitors the condition of the guest house. While he was taking us on a transfer from the border, he told us the history of Abkhazia, many interesting legends, we listened directly!
The hostess, Asida, is a wonderful woman, she will always help with any question that arises.
It is also possible to book excursions through an accredited company. Each room has a price list with a description of excursions. Asida will tell you which excursions are really good.
In general, we are very pleased with our choice, we searched for reviews, of which there are a lot at the Green Yard and all are positive. Now we have seen for ourselves! If we go back to Abkhazia, then only to the Green Courtyard!

We went there for the first time, and now we only have a rest there. We took a 4-seater economy. This is a huge room with 4 beds. There is an air conditioner. Toilet, shower and kitchen are on site. Everything is clean and tidy. I am delighted with the beach. It is located in a bay and therefore there are no waves. The water is clear and warm. The only drawback is that sometimes the lights are turned off.

We lived in a suite, the room is large, the bathroom is good. The air conditioning is OK, the TV is from WiFi, the Internet was almost always absent. The wifi is falling off all the time. The staff is unobtrusive, to put it mildly.
There is a playground.
The cafe is so-so expensive and not so tasty. We ate in the center in the dining room and cooked by ourselves.
The main thing is that it's half a kilometer to the sea, through the park, but between two fences. You do not observe the park, as everything is tightly fenced. Dirty, slop and polluted by cows. The beach is 3 points higher. It's crowded and not very clean.

We rested in this voice in August. We lived in a 4-bed housekeeper. He's in a terrible state. The paint has peeled off the boards on the floor. The room smelled very much like an orphan. The closet from the time of Monet's grandmother is so saturated with the old smell, we did not put things there, we lived "on a suitcase" for a week. Our room has not been cleaned more than once in a week. Although we lived with a dog and additionally paid 700 rubles per day for it. My dog was shedding and its fur was falling off decently. Wool stewed behind the feet in the bed. This is terrible! We vacuum at home every day, and we don't even notice this wool. We were given one towel for four people! The dishes in the shared kitchen are generally a nightmare. A couple of glasses, a couple of spoons and forks. Not a single deep dish. I went begging for dishes at the cafe at the guest house. In turn, the cafe workers reprimanded: like, what the hell to go here. On the last day, I already went to the hostess, Asida, and half an hour later ten deep plates were brought to the kitchen. We tried to eat in the cafe. My family didn't appreciate it. My son only liked pancakes and khachapuri. Soups are generally not edible to our taste. The bed was damp. Of the advantages :The sea is within walking distance. 7 minutes on foot. There is a small shop nearby. The village is very quiet, which was good. The hostess, Asida, upset me on the day of our eviction. She didn't say a word to me, but she ran around the yard and sooo loudly discussed that we have a lot of wool in our room and how she can clean it now poor. So I have a question: you populate the tenants with an animal and don't clean at all! How's that?

Meals are not included, there is a summer kitchen with everything you need. A large playground for playing football, a pond with fish, a sofa swing, a beautiful view of the mountains, there is a maid. To the sea 7min walking distance past a small shop and a pine park.
