The hotel is one last floor at the top of a 10-storey building. The view is wonderful. There are only a few rooms, each of which is small in size, but not the same: somewhere there is a bathtub instead of a shower, somewhere there are two beds, somewhere there is more area. Generally: - excellent room design - regular high-quality cleaning - the owners of the hotel are a family living on the floor below - they will always help with any questions - there is a large communal cool kitchen - I got a kick out of the design and quality of the bathroom separately - there is a table (although uncomfortable) - a large good bed Cons: - strange balcony (it is beautiful and cute undoubtedly, but there is no privacy from other rooms) - it's super hot on the sunny side even when it's 10 degrees outside (yes, I know about the existence of an air conditioner) I haven't been to a lot of hotels in my life to compare, but I definitely recommend it based on my personal feelings. It also seems that there is still an opportunity to rent apartments from the same owners on the 9th floor. If you are traveling from another country, be sure to warn you to meet on the street, since you cannot get to the 9th and 10th floors without a special key (used in the elevator).

Гостиница занимает последний этаж, работают кондиционеры везде, и в столовой и в коридоре и в номерах. Метро рядом. Чисто и уютно. Огромные террасы с плетеной мебелью при каждом номере. Общение как на русском так и на английском и грузинском языках. Постояльцы со всего мира. Два лифта, лифты в Грузии платные. Выдается чип для лифта.

Отель отличный, виды красивые, номер в целом тоже приличный, есть крытая парковка. Из минусов - отменили бронь после поездки и достаточно долго не подтверждали обратное. Хотя мы брали 3 номера, у всех такая проблема. Завтраков как таковых нет, есть кухня, на которой можете приготовить их сами.
