Everything turned out badly. We came to visit. from Russia. But I have lived in Pavlodar for more than thirty years. I don't think the problem is cultural differences. Firstly, we were required to wear socks. Facespalm! There was one answer to my questions and objections: we have such rules! Okay I bought socks for the kids. Then it turned out that children under 5 years old are only accompanied by adults. I had to go and buy socks for myself! It was impossible to report this immediately. When I went inside, I asked if there was wifi? The answer was no, because now everything is with mobile data. Are you guys not interested in tourists at all?! I came for a week, it's expensive to buy a connection. WiFi would be the solution to many problems. For comparison, there is one in the neighboring "Pretzel"! Why not make sure that when buying a ticket, you can enter a password and use the service?! Yes, take care of the education of the staff, after my indignation about the lack of WiFi, two employees of the children's center began to discuss me loudly. Also, the floor in the center is quite dirty. Socks are probably needed in order not to get your feet dirty, and not in order not to stain the already not very clean floors. And one more thing, they didn't give me a check when paying for entry to the "Green Country". A three only for the fact that the children were satisfied and had their fill.
