We stayed for two days, in general, we did not find any disadvantages, visually we liked everything. As for the audibility - our windows overlooked the restaurant, we did not hear a single sound from there. The hotel is located almost in the very center of old Tbilisi, this is a plus for walking and a minus if you arrived by car, since parking next to the hotel will not work, and it is unsafe because fines and narrow streets. We left the car at a paid parking lot 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel.
Breakfasts for four, we didn't stay hungry. Everything is standard: omelette, sausages, bread, cheeses, vegetables, etc.
There was no dirt in the room, towels were in place, only gel and shampoo as if from the same jar)

Отличный отель в самом центре старого города. Современные дизайнерские номера, Wi-Fi летает, постели супер уютные, чистое белье, обалденно вкусные завтраки, горячая вода с шикарным напором в душе, есть чайник, холодильник. Что еще нужно путешественнику!?
Из минусов высокая слышимость в номерах, внутри дворика кафе( работает до 00:00) и в номерах, которые выходят во дворик невозможно открыть занавес на окнах:((
