We celebrated our daughter 's birthday . Just about the good thing : a good location, a very bright and cozy room. The animator, who cooperates with the owners of the institution, worked for 200%. In general, the children liked the holiday, because they do not notice the nuances.
As for the cons :
In general, the owners seem to be nice people and the communication is very nice, but with a sneer and arrogance. It felt like they were making a move away, that the finder was here (not for free) . When the children took the toys , they could quietly come up and take them out of their hands and put them in their place . They made a remark to the children (no one did anything wrong) from the trash : took the wrong toy, went wrong. While the animator was working, they tried to clean up the game area in the process . And then the guest was given a broom to remove the "silver rain", although cleaning was included in the price. From the beginning, we took garbage from food (pizza boxes, water bottles), at the end of the holiday, we still took the garbage and we didn't have to empty the kgo ourselves. 15 minutes before the end of the lease , they said that it was necessary to finish , I had to leave after removing everything in 10 minutes , in my understanding , the children could play to the end . And it should take a brisk 10-15 minutes to collect your belongings from the consumer.

It is convenient to get there (the final stop of the Lake tram) and 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. Friendly staff, few children (no need to share toys). My son only played cars for about an hour, and I worked quietly. I recommend you to visit!
