Clean, quiet at night, inexpensive, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, well-groomed territory, close to the center and metro station, near a pharmacy and shops, bread is baked across the street.

I am very grateful to the hostel for the prompt response and booking (without prepayment) of my stay in Tehran! I contacted Vtsap, confirmed the reservation there, and sent a photo of my passport. I took the metro from the airport to the hostel, 8-10 minutes on foot from the Theater-e-Shahr station. Very responsive and friendly guys work in the hostel, it feels like they came to their home), 2 funny cats also live with them. In the cafe of the same name next door, traditional breakfasts are included in the accommodation, which take place outdoors. Shops, a pharmacy with shower accessories are within walking distance, bread is baked across the street, there is only one stop to Firdousi station (the most favorable exchange rate). The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, it was very comfortable after the trip to relax before new experiences, the interior is authentic, cleaned every day, fell in love with the interior curtains and Iranian tea!
