During the course, I learned how to stimulate employees, as well as how to make decisions in difficult management situations. The teachers on the course gave valuable knowledge in an accessible form and helped me deal with the questions I was interested in.

He studied for an MBA at ZIS. Due to personal circumstances, he went on academic leave. I paid for the program almost completely. When trying to recover, I encountered processes that contradict the level of the company that trains the MBA. At the same time, I will leave a review on the training. One of the main goals of the MBA is team building. This part of the work is completely failed in the VMS. There is a complete misunderstanding of the psychological processes taking place in the group. The ZiS team is built around the founder's family, which is a rather controversial concept. Don't waste your time and study at the Moscow State University. The difference in cost is negligible. The level of education and connections are not comparable.
