The building has no architectural or historical value, but I would like to note that many merchant houses built in the 19th and early 20th centuries on the coast of the Zhaik River were demolished, although many of them could have been museums, etc.
The building looks like an abandoned building, but the roof is intact, the windows are sealed shut, the doors are sealed with bricks, probably this is how the state protects this building.
