I would like to single out manager Julianna for doing a very responsible job! There was communication with a team of installers, and communication with an intermediary company that manufactures the prefabricated foundation that we needed. So during the installation, we found out that we ourselves ordered a gate of the wrong size as we wanted. It was necessary to replace it in half a day and Julianna helped with the replacement very quickly.
We were also satisfied with the company itself zbr.by . Before that, we had already contacted 3 other companies, and somewhere the thickness of the metal on the pillars was 1.2mm, instead of 1.4mm, as we were recommended to look for. Somewhere there is a 1.4 - but not made of galvanized metal. Somewhere there are no stocks of the grid and it is necessary to wait 1-1.5 months for production. And on zbr.by all means, everything came together - and the galvanized poles were of the right thickness, and everything was available. We also helped with the order of a prefabricated foundation from our partner company. Interestingly, the manager of another fence competitor did not even know what a prefabricated foundation was 🙂

They buy from other manufacturers, and then resell it to you for a third more expensive, just think about it, you will be deceived by a third. There will definitely be a pallet in the contract, but in reality it will not be (you will also pay for it). The contract can be signed by anyone, just give me money... The waiting time is a month, they do not want to return the goods, they say, so we bought for you from others - we cannot take it back (they do not specify this at the beginning)... Delivery (month). It's a miracle, not an organization, but at the beginning they smile so beautifully at you and ask you to sign the contract somehow (even through Viber with a squiggle). I rewrote it many times, because Yandex did not want to miss it.

In September 2023, I decided to replace the fence on the garden plot.
But I immediately came across the following: after going around and examining the fences (Euro fences, 3D) from the neighbors, I noticed that most of the people have 3D fences of not the best quality, namely, there is no polymer coating at all in the gates and gates on the bars of the fences, despite the fact that all sellers claim that their products they have this coating, which protects the metal from environmental influences. Naturally, over time, my neighbors will have to invest additional funds in the repair of gates and gates, as they have already begun to rust!
I spent some time searching for a company that really offers high-quality fences, and I found this seller - this is the company "PROMPOLIMET".
I called the number listed on the zbr website.by phone number, and a girl named Leontovich Julianna answered me.
