I rate Hotel Zavq at 4. I needed a quiet place to work. Inexpensive. The room is small, clean, there is a towel. TV in Russian. There is a desk, but for some reason there is no chair. I was in rooms 209 and 203. Air conditioning is also available. The reception staff does not speak Russian, but they do speak English. Payment is not in dollars, but in local currency. 1.5 km. from Navruz Mall shopping center.
