We rested on 02/3/2023. I didn't like the music at all. Cheap pop music. The food is at an average level. I didn't like the salad from the word at all, just vinegar. This was rejected by absolutely everyone from our company. Steak is normal in general, snacks are 50/50. Something was good, some types of meat (I didn't like chicken on skewers at all). The wine/champagne has improved)) . The service is good, the staff is friendly, there are no questions.

While waiting for your songs, you can go to the main hall and dance to popular music, the prices on the menu are very democratic. We will definitely come back here to spend a pleasant time.

This institution cannot be associated with a gastropub, because when you go to a gastropub, you expect to try interesting dishes, an author's approach in execution, and in general a more respectful attitude towards products. At the Factory, we received an absolutely standard menu, and the ordered dishes were treated with very poor-quality execution. The dorblu sauce for the steak turned out to be without dorblu, the squid rings without squid, and the disgusting mayonnaise was served as a sauce to the beer plate. At the same time, the prices for all this are far from democratic. The place is suitable to suck in more fresh water from the Alivaria. Lovers of delicious food are definitely not here.

We celebrated a birthday with the girls. It's a delight! We had a table in the karaoke room. The leading Owl is extremely attentive, good-natured, and the voice is just WOW! I liked it! NG corporate party was celebrated. I didn't expect anything from this institution, rather, I was somehow biased. But I liked it. Tasty, comfortable, the teams performed well. Contests from Santa Claus are kind (that's exactly the word). The theme of the evening - "retro movies" - also turned out to be very useful. Maybe the dance floor is too small, but the songs were performed so that you couldn't sit still).

I tried to visit karaoke - it was the second attempt, I made the first one a short time after their opening. Then the sleepy presenter lazily picked her nails, this time they generally met with the most hostility, as enemies, justifying this with some kind of insults from my previous place of work, where I was also a client, and I did not like the fact that the presenter also performs songs, thus delaying the general queue.
Conclusions - I definitely won't go any more, even if it turns out to be the last institution in Minsk.
