It's a great place. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I often visit, and every time I am satisfied with the service of the institution. Good and varied cuisine. The menu is extensive, the quality of the dishes is at a high level, everything is always fresh, hot, and you don't have to wait long. A great hookah. Since no evening is complete without a hookah, I recommend ordering, the guys make it really tasty, according to your preferences of strength and flavors. The drinks were also pleasant, thanks to the bartenders. The atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. I recommend you to visit!))

The place is very interesting. I was here with a big company, so I had my moments.
The setting is quite exquisite. The food and drinks are not bad, but I've tried better. There are their own signature dishes and drinks, I have not tried them, but I watched them being served to other tables - quite effectively. Still, if the establishment is a gastropub, then you can try a little more with food.
I try margarita cocktails in almost all establishments. Here he scored 7-8 out of 10.
It was possible to communicate with the company for up to 21 hours, then a lot of people began to appear and the music started playing louder. When the live music started, it was not possible to communicate at all. At the same time, the visitors who came for 2-4 people continued to communicate, but in our large company it was not possible. When the entire ground floor was occupied by visitors and the performance of the artists began, there was not enough space for dancing. I really missed it. But let me remind you that the institution does not position itself as a club or a banquet hall.
The performance started late and lasted from 22.15 to 24.00. The girl sang emotionally. There is no dispute about musical tastes, so I will not say anything about the repertoire.
There was also a hall on the top (a closed terrace), there was a hookah, but I won't say much about this hall - I was almost not there. A separate karaoke room.
The room is clean, the staff is attentive (sometimes even annoying in their care). After the live performance, a DJ worked, and the waiters danced on the bar and even poured free alcohol.
Bottom line: my top five is an institution like a gastropub for relaxing in pairs or fours (for food - by a stretch). If you need a social banquet or a good dance, then this is not exactly the place, although we rested, but...

It's a beautiful place. We were a big company at a karaoke party. I really liked everything: the staff was very polite, all requests were fulfilled promptly and in the best possible way. I really liked the girl leading the karaoke, helped with the selection of songs and the performance itself. And I was pleasantly surprised by the disinfection of microphones after each company, which is very important.
There is also an opportunity to go out to the common room on the dance floor.
There are only wonderful impressions and the best memories left. It was not the first time we were there, and obviously not the last. Thanks!

I would like to thank the administration for organizing our vacation. Our impressions were extremely positive. What I especially wanted to note:
1. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful renovation, really warm terrace.
2. Friendly staff. At the entrance, the administrator met with a smile, told everything, showed, bartenders, staff, even guards (they are more often businesslike with stone faces), all very friendly. Which causes pleasant feelings.
3. Our waitress was very courteous, attentive, we did not have to look for her in the hall or wait for half an hour, as happens in other establishments. She joked with us, but at the same time she did her job professionally.
4. The food and drinks were very tasty, thanks to the chefs. What can I say, the clean plates spoke for themselves))
5. The hookah was super. Very soft, not bitter. The hookah man is well done.
We have never regretted choosing your place. All the guests liked it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I've celebrated my birthday here twice already. I like the format: you can sing and dance. The food is also delicious. The last time was served by a very nice waitress Ekaterina. In particular, thanks to her, the evening turned out to be very pleasant. The only negative for me is the very loud music between the songs performed by the guests. It would be good to make it quieter so that it would be more comfortable to communicate.

The age of friends is 32-48 years old- but the cover interested everyone. Jan, the waiter, served us, and I was very pleased with his service. But the most important thing is the atmosphere in the pub. The guys organized a separate room for me and my friends. Dim lights, soft sofas, music - everything was in the theme. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure that we had no shortage of anything.
In general, this evening at the Factory pub was truly unforgettable for me! I enjoyed the wonderful cuisine, the cozy atmosphere and the pleasant company. Now this is my favorite place in the city, where I will come again and again to enjoy all these wonderful sensations. To anyone who has not been to the "Factory" yet, I strongly recommend that you fix it!
