The coffee in the "Brew" turned out to be quite normal. Good, standard coffee, quite comparable to the offers of other chain coffee shops in the city. However, unfortunately, the overall impression of the visit was overshadowed by the attitude of the staff. The lack of friendliness, some detachment and even slight malevolence left an unpleasant aftertaste. In the service sector, especially in an establishment such as a coffee shop, friendliness and customer orientation play a key role in creating a comfortable atmosphere. Taken together, mediocre, though normal, coffee combined with unfriendly staff does not cause much desire to return to the "Brewing". There are alternatives where you can not only enjoy a high-quality drink, but also get positive emotions from communicating with the staff.

Although I'm not from the Minsk world myself, I often come in when I'm around. Very tasty coffee, its own author's recipes that make the receptors rejoice. Elizabeth is a pleasant barista with whom you can discuss anything, from how your day went to what you can tell her about your problems. You can expect support from her. I recommend this place to everyone.

I often go to the coffee shop, it's very cozy and atmospheric. The staff is top-notch, barista Lisa will always advise, tell you about the drink and make a delicious coffee. I recommend it
