Great hotel. The location is very advantageous, the courtyards can reach the main square in 5 minutes. There are 3 small shops and a bakery within walking distance. As much as I'm a fan of looking for flaws, I haven't found a single significant one during my three days here. The rooms, bathrooms, and overall the hotel looks great. The rooms are equipped with a kettle and a fridge. Cleaning seems to be every day. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, water bottles are all available. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with any questions. There is a terrace where breakfast is served. The main most highly regarded restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes. I can definitely recommend this hotel. He will not leave you indifferent, allowing you to fully enjoy the hospitality of Bukhara.
I was on an excursion in Uzbekistan. We drove through the most beautiful cities of the republic. The people are friendly. The hotel is comfortable, the room is clean, the water is hot, the kettle was in the room 👍 The breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The Deluxe room (according to the owner) is very small (10-11 m2), there is no refrigerator, there is shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The mattress is very, very hard. It feels like you're lying on pieces of wood. The room is very poorly cleaned, insects are flying and running in the bathroom. The bed linen is very worn out.
We left the hotel at half past two in the morning, we still did not have a lunch box with breakfast (although this issue was clarified and the owner was reminded several times and he promised to leave it at the reception), in the end we were left with nothing, although we paid for two days, spent one night, and had breakfast once!
A hotel for "spending the night". Everything seems to be new, clean, tidy, the area is quiet and, at the same time, within walking distance from the center... but it's too "clumsy" and not lived in somehow... The TV was working, but it was not connected to the antenna. The breakfast is edible, good-quality, but super-Spartan.
In general, as a one-night hotel, it's not bad, but nothing more.
A small cozy hotel, as always, there are problems in treshki!!!! But after the appeal, the plumbing was changed at the moment, which was terribly leaking , slippers were brought (there were only slippers in the double room , the second ones were brought later ) and more little things !!! But the big one consists of little things!!!! Therefore, I would like you to pay attention to the little things, because it is simply impossible not to notice that the shower flows in different directions!!!! Therefore, the staff needs to pay attention to everything!!!!!! And then the hotel will be wonderful
This is a hotel where tourists are deceived! We booked 2 months before arrival, and upon arrival at the hotel they refused to check us in, arguing that there were no rooms, offering to check into more "better hotels", but for some reason with poor reviews and ratings. We spent 3 hours at the hotel, tired and hungry. All the good impressions of Uzbekistan were completely destroyed in Bukhara at this hotel! Do not book this hotel ever, you will find yourself on the street or in a hotel that is not in demand and of poor quality. Such dishonest people should be held accountable and punished by the tourist police very strictly.
Lovely hotel. Wonderful. There are no words. No worse than the palace of the Emir of Bukhara, only more cozy))). Nicely. Everything you need is there. The room is spacious. Clean. Very beautiful. The mattress is soft and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious. Personally, I didn't have enough coffee machine, but it's nothing compared to the rest. It is not located right in the center of the old town. But I have walked to the center and back more than once without much effort. 10-15 minutes at a slow pace.
A cozy hotel with a cute indoor janitor. The rooms are spacious. There is everything you need. My room was on the ground floor, so the lack of an elevator didn't bother me. There is no coffee for breakfast, only instant coffee. Everything else is cooked with a soul, delicious, homemade. Freshly baked samsa is very tasty. Thank you for your friendliness. Peace and good luck to all!
The hotel is new. Excellent location, walking distance to all major monuments. The staff tries to make it as convenient as possible. A little confused by the lack of windows on the street (the windows looked inside the house), well, if you came as a tourist, then you will not sit in the room. But the roof terrace, with a view of the old town, covers all the disadvantages.
The price-quality ratio is excellent. The conditions in the room are good. The location is great. Close to the Saffron restaurant, which has great breakfasts, dishes, wine and hookah. The reception could be improved a little) the overall impression begins with it
Not unambiguously:
Pros:
- breakfast on the terrace
- proximity to attractions
- entourage
- served breakfast on the day of arrival
Cons:
- there is no window in the room
- there was no cleaning during the two days of stay
- very hard beds
- one towel had a big hole in it.
- poor water pressure, it is difficult to take a full shower.
Nice hotel. As the taxi driver, who lives almost in the next house, told us, the owner rebuilt last year or the year before. Very hospitable and helpful host, a good breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the very center and the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance. We liked it, we took a suite. One night before that we spent in another room, which has no windows, but only a window opening onto the landing, but this is because we booked at the last moment, having already arrived in Bukhara by train, and there was an overlap, but the owner offered to solve it by adjusting the total cost of living.
Excellent location, attentive staff, a magical terrace with a view of the old town. The rooms are cozy in Oriental style, the bathroom has underfloor heating. Delicious breakfasts.
We stayed together in this cozy, clean hotel! The whole interior fits into the authentic flavor of Bukhara! Beautiful terrace with city views, helpful staff, excellent breakfasts and location! Thank you for your hospitality! Sincerely, guests from Russia.
A very comfortable hotel. A normal breakfast is included in the accommodation. Comfortable beds are the main thing for me when traveling. You can ask for tea to sit in the evening. The patio just beckons to sit and admire the sky. Comfortable bathroom, hot water. A good location, even if you suddenly forgot to take a taxi, the street and the hotel, you say the Samarkand gate. There are boutiques and shops nearby. This is the outskirts of the old town..
In general, there were only wonderful impressions!!
Pretty. The guys are trying, the rooms are big. There is nothing unusual. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower accessories). It's a little dark and the audibility is creepy. We were lucky that the whole group went to bed and got up at the same time))
Large rooms, caring hosts, varied and hearty breakfasts, everything is new and of high quality, from the hotel itself and furniture to towels and bed linen. The boutique hotel is incredibly stylish, there are so many beautiful details that you want to photograph, the carved wooden ceiling is generally a delight)) I stayed at this hotel for a week, the impressions were the best. Payment is possible both in cash and by transfer to a card
Nice hotel. Beautiful. Everything is decorated in a very original way: patterns, bas-reliefs.
The rooms are clean and spacious. It's really cold. You need to turn on the heating on the air conditioner immediately. Then it becomes normal.
The breakfast is delicious.
A big plus is that it takes 15 minutes to walk to the center.
Not bad in general. Not far from the historical center. You can walk to historical sites, including the Ark Fortress. But I think it would be difficult to find a hotel on your own. We were in January. Upon check-in, it was cold in the room, as the exit from the room immediately leads to the courtyard (in fact, to the street). But the room warmed up within a few hours. I was surprised and did not like that the bed linen was not ironed, which even made it seem that the linen had already been used. The breakfasts are modest.
The spacious rooms with high-quality furniture and comfortable mattresses ensure a comfortable stay. The friendly hosts are always ready to help and answer all questions. Good breakfasts served in a cozy restaurant. The location of the hotel is convenient - close to the city center and the main attractions.
We lived for 3 nights. A great hotel. 10 minutes walk to the center. Very beautiful design. Hospitable hosts. A variety of breakfasts. Large room, lots of natural wood. Everything is brand new, clean. I recommend.
A wonderful hotel! The rooms are tastefully decorated, modern, but they have a unique flavor of the East. I was so delighted with the courtyard of the hotel. How nice it was to sit there in the evening under the stars. The staff is friendly and courteous, I liked the breakfasts too.
The room was almost not cleaned.the tour operator did not order it urgently.the level is average, the staff is polite, but that's it...then they forgot it...the brushes were not given...Budget breakfasts are almost economy. The room is not cleaned, the garbage was taken out after the remark.paper and hygiene products were brought after the reminder. The argument is that many guests do not have time. The WiFi signal is weak.Smart TV only Youtube , no channels
A good hotel. The best combination of price/ quality. The rooms are clean and well maintained without complaints. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff is friendly. The receptionists on duty were very helpful on several issues. The location, in my opinion, is good: not in the old town, but very close (10 min walk). But there are no crowds of tourists and it's quiet around.
On the downside: ants were spotted in the bathroom.
Very nice hotel, large comfortable rooms! The breakfasts are good, enough for dinner) good location, close to the center. Friendly and attentive staff. I liked everything!
Everything is fine, except for the sound insulation. She's not here. At all. It's like you have people sitting in your closet talking. This is the first time I've seen this. It's a pity, the hotel is nice, I could not save on sound insulation. And the breakfasts for Uzbekistan are sooo modest.
Interesting design, cozy rooms, responsive staff, breakfast for four)))
In general, I advise you not to regret, the location is convenient from the center 👍
A very nice place! Everything is beautiful, new, clean. Excellent breakfasts. An extremely hospitable hostess. The center and all the sights are a 10-minute walk away. My best recommendations.
The hotel is good, excellent breakfasts, attentive staff, neat and clean rooms, a curious arrangement of the hotel itself with an internal gallery. Of the minuses, the bed creaked very much on one side
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Despite the fact that the hotel is not located in the very center, and all the attractions are only a 15-minute walk away. Along the way, there is an opportunity to see the life of the local population. As a last resort, taxis in the city average 5 thousand soums.
The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and appliances. The beds are comfortable, not sagging. The interior is modern and pleasant.
The breakfast is continental, not a buffet. But the quality of the products is beyond doubt, and this is the most important thing. And there is enough variety. Everything is cooked delicious. The interior of the restaurant is pleasant, the furniture is comfortable.
There is a courtyard and it is incredibly beautiful, in the cool of a late evening, drinking tea is the best thing!
The rooftop restaurant was closed at the time of our stay. Once opened, there will be another advantage of this place.
The staff is polite and helpful! Thank you for a comfortable stay!
Very clean, cozy, comfortable and hospitable hotel with delicious breakfast and a nice restaurant on the roof. Convenient location - in the heart of the old town, five minutes from all the attractions. A good-natured pedigreed cat at the reception is a credit)
The hotel is located in a different location from what is indicated on the service. The service rejected the location change. So be careful when ordering a taxi to it. And so a small cozy hotel in an authentic style. It is located within walking distance from Kolyan Square, Ulugbek Madrasah and Lyabi House.
Great hotel.
It is located not far from historical monuments, through the Samarkand gate - a 15-minute bag through the alleys (and there you can find a lot of ancient and interesting things).
Excellent staff, comfortable and comfortable rooms.
On the third floor there is a restaurant and a bar with room service if desired.
Breakfast is not included in the price (we were also confronted with the fact), take this into account before booking. But even this did not spoil the overall impression.
The towels are good, they absorb perfectly, the beds creak a little, but this is not a problem.
The shower is not fixed. Water gets on the floor even from behind the curtain. There are a lot of mosquitoes. The sound insulation is poor. There is only one chair in the double room. The laundry is washed.
A very cozy hotel with a small courtyard, which is accessed by the doors of the rooms on the first floor. The rooms are clean, the breakfasts are varied. There is a restaurant on the roof of the hotel (not related to the hotel) with good cuisine. The hotel is located next to the Samarkand Gate. Almost all the sights can be reached on foot, but we preferred a taxi
A great Mini-hotel. Newly renovated, large rooms. Very comfortable mattresses. A hearty breakfast.
The only thing: 10 minutes walk to the historical center.
