We had the experience with a young man to book a room "St. John's wort" in this "hotel" for 2 nights (holiday weekend) with a transfer there and back. We were deeply disappointed. So, according to the points:
1. The transfer there was a 4-seater car with a driver Vitaly. I drove up a little earlier than the agreed time, called, said if you are ready to leave earlier, you can leave. He was polite all the way.
That's where the advantages ended.
2. Vitaly took us to a one-story guest house, which for some reason they call a hotel. I will explain further why the guest house is. But now I emphasize that our expectations were to relax in the hotel, in peace and quiet.
3. In the guest house, everyone takes off their shoes at the entrance in the corridor. Shoes are naturally cold there, because the door opens and cold air comes in from the street. But we are informed that there are underfloor heating everywhere.
4. Next, we are escorted to the "room", through, attention, a COMMON area with a TV, an electric fireplace, sofas, children, board games and a mug of beer standing on the table. Everyone is talking, the TV is on.
5. The "Room" is LOCATED RIGHT BEHIND THE WALL of the common room, where there is a sofa.
6. We go into the "room", it turns out that of all the places where we went to this guest house, there are underfloor heating only in the toilet. Meanwhile, my feet are already icy in warm socks.
7. In the "room" it is comfortable to sit in temperature only in ski pants (and this is still frosts, by the way), the floor is still cold.
8. I unscrewed the thermostat on the wall to the maximum, realized that there are literally heaters on the ceiling. The problem is that the heater on the ceiling warms the ALREADY WARM AIR (hello, physics), but the cold air on the floor remains cold.
9. The bed is very inconveniently located on a pedestal, it will not be safe to go to the toilet at night.
10. The headboard of the bed is near the window, cold air is coming from the window, we tried to close it with a kind of blinds - it's still cold.
11. The door does not lock in the toilet.
12. There is simply no sound insulation. If you are just talking, you can be heard in the common room (as well as the common room in the room), if a child is rolling a toy on the table in the common room, it can be heard in the room. If you want to have a romantic (read: have sex) with your mate, change your mind. If you want to sleep in silence, usually go to bed early and you need to keep the room warm - overdo it. Perhaps, in a state of intoxication, all this is not important and in general, "well, you know how to sleep well in the fresh air!", then seeing it sober is some kind of sur.
13. We came to the reception to find out at what stage the dinner we ordered in advance (there was half an hour left before serving, by the way, the food is also in the common room with common tables) - there is no one. Both administrators have left. We waited for 15 minutes. They didn't apologize for waiting. Clear. They didn't start cooking dinner. OK. We decide to go home, because it's warmer, quieter and calmer at home. The administration's reaction was "oh, OK." Not literally, but it was like that.
14. Did the staff try to help us in any way? No. Was the staff interested in making at least some positive impression on us? No. The staff is only interested in making sure that the guests pay them money and do not dirty the floors with shoes so that they do not have to wash. And neither the staff nor the people who built it at all are interested in providing comfort to the guests. By the way, I said that I would not be able to sleep here as soon as I saw the room. To which I received an answer- we can't do anything, everything has been redeemed. Do you know why it was bought out? Because you forbade booking one day for this holiday weekend, only two (it was so through the website).
In general, I summarize, the people who built it, the administration, are not friends with physics or common sense at all. Comfort is out of the question. In fact, this is a guest house, to be honest-a modern communal apartment renovated at a very expensive cost for a communal apartment with no sound insulation at all.
In general, they arranged for us to transfer back (the one that they have for a group and is more expensive) without additional payment. I would have written more, but I ran out of characters. Only Vitaly earned his money. Otherwise, everything is very bad.

It's a beautiful place, everything is very clean. We were particularly pleased with the carefully cleared roads - it's a pleasure to drive. Lyuli are very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
