I am very disappointed with the service of this store , from the word at all ! We found the product of interest on the website, started calling the store so as not to go in vain - 5 calls for an hour did not give any result (!). We arrived, there was no one in the children's clothing hall , after 5 minutes we found and turned to a guy who, as it turned out later, was not even from this department. A consultant came , dictated the article of interest to her , found the product in the database and began searching for the product in the hall ... it took another 7 minutes, nothing was found and the girl just went to the cashier to do her job, there was no answer to the question "should I wait for the search further or not". Another consultant girl immediately came, who tried to find the product, quickly ran to the warehouse and returned, replied that this product had not been in their store for 2 weeks (although it was listed in their database in the store and in THEM too). Realizing that the store was in a complete mess at the moment, I asked for a book of comments, my question was simply ignored, and then they began to ask me with a passion for a couple of minutes , why and for what I needed a book of comments 😁 (really, what am I talking about ?!) . They stubbornly did not want to give me a KZiP and then followed the ingenious answer "we can't provide it , our store is already closed", "girl, well, let's somehow come to an agreement", "it's not our fault" and all that sort of thing. I wrote brief wishes to the store's management , but I would like to add more specifically:
1. When visitors come in and out (even if they wrote a comment) The store staff IS ALWAYS OBLIGED to say hello and goodbye!
2. Before the store closes, there SHOULD ALWAYS be someone from the staff in the huge hall - this is your time and your customers' time;
3. When the product is not in one unit in the store's database, but it is not, it should not be in the database, or do everything to make the incredibly disappeared product reappear!Otherwise, you mislead the buyer!
4. When the staff is asked for a book of comments and suggestions, YOU ARE OBLIGED to provide it on demand, and not to interrogate the buyer why / why / the store is not / closed and so on.
Dear management of the Zara store in the Green City shopping center, a huge request is to establish a working link "IM -store"; establish communication with the store in such a way that you do not have to travel from one end of the city to the other just to find out if the product is available or not; teach the staff to behave delicately and with understanding, regardless of situations , because it's their job and yours!
