Apparently, this is a feature of all Zara stores - to completely move things to new places every day. So that they themselves do not know where what is hanging and how to find it? Neither client can find it. It was the same in Belgrade in the summer. You liked the thing, you decided to think about it until tomorrow, and tomorrow you come - horseradish. There are other things hanging in this place. I show you a photo - I need this jacket, help me find it, it was hanging here yesterday, where is it? In response, we need an article, we can't help without it! I spent a lot of time, searched all three floors of the store - not a single consultant could help, I need an article and that's it. Why are you mixing all the things? Don't you have anything to do??? And if you are in the way, then learn your assortment then.

It's not bad, Zara is in Turkey, and it's great. But the prices are quite high, in my opinion, and the quality leaves much to be done.
An undoubted plus for tourists is that the store has Wi-Fi. 😊

Большой магазин этой сети. Рядом две станции метро. Коллекция располагается на нескольких этажах.
Из плюсов удобное расположение .
Из минусов лично для меня
Почти нет аксессуаров, или их сюда не привозят или моментально раскупают.
Я по всем этажам пыталась найти и оьувь и бижутерию, только несколько позиций и не самые ходовые.
Вечером народа тьма тьмущая. Очереди на кассах, и в примерочную, которых немного.
Если нужен какой то размер и он есть в наличии, то надо ждать минут двадцать, чтобы принесли со склада. Видимо не хватает площадей торговых длч развески товара.
Ребята консультанты молодцы, работают по скриптам, доброжелательные и терпеливые.
В следующий раз хочу заглянуть в магазины подальше от туристических троп, чтобы был больший выбор

Самая ужасная Зара. Лучше идите в другой филиал.
Обсчитали на кассе. Простояли целый час за возвратом!! Испортили вечер.
Очереди в примерочные и на кассе.
