We rested with family and friends for a week in October 2024 on the territory of the reserve. The hospitable host Dmitry welcomed us cordially and placed us in the rooms. The territory is very quiet and beautiful, the sea is 1 minute from the hotel. There is an Argo restaurant with European cuisine on the shore. As well as Arthur's excellent kebab shop. Only his barbecue is incomparable. The rooms are clean, everything is in cash. Evenings were spent on the shared balcony, as there is a barbecue and a gazebo at the disposal of vacationers. We will definitely come next year. Thank you.

Our trip was in 2023 from October 10 for 5 days.I would like the sea to be warmer, I need to go earlier.We happened to be at this hotel (we sat down to drink coffee with khachapuri from the road and told the girls that we were looking for accommodation by the sea,... a call to a friend and 3 minutes later the owner of the hotel Dmitry was waiting for us, he told us that there was a Cypress Alley nearby, that we would live in the forest and 1 minute from the sea! That's how we ended up in this hotel.The hotel is simple, consists of several rooms, you will not see any special delights here, but the location decides everything - a coniferous forest, we could see the sea right from the window, beauty, silence, tranquility, harmony with nature!We ate in the canteen on Cypress Alley, went to the local market, bought figs, hot smoked fish, pastries, compotes, juices, wine, tomatoes, smoked sausage of local production, in general, we were very satisfied with the rest!!!!Then we went to Sochi and remembered Pitsunda as a nice, wonderful, cozy place!We went to the Marble Castle Area by minibus from the Temple, looked at the sandy beaches there, it seemed a bit rough- it's a lot more comfortable here, but you need to go there for a change.Thanks a lot to Dmitry and the girls from the cafe for recommending this hotel, and before that we stayed in the market area (cars, traffic, far from the sea).If you come to Pitsunda to enjoy the sea, nature, air, silence and cuisine, then this is one of the best options!

We were in a triple room, a very convenient place - literally outside the window there is a beach two hundred meters from the hotel, the courtyard is large, the hotel itself is located in a wooded area, outside there are tables, a gazebo, a bench, a hammock, you can also park a car. Our room had a shower and toilet. They were also allowed to stop by with cats. The only drawback was that there was not enough table in the room itself, so I had to eat on the veranda. By the way, there is an iron and an ironing board, and there is a place to hang clothes to dry. Argo cafe is located next to the hotel, where you can eat delicious (albeit expensive) food and watch the performances of musicians. In the courtyard of the restaurant there is a swing and enough space to have a good rest. Also, the hotel is located near a street where there are many shops and cafes, so there should be no problems with buying groceries and other things, even if you do not check in by car. In general, I liked everything.

A wonderful hotel! Right in the woods. Pine trees. The birds are singing. We rested in a triple room with a sea view. No noise except the quiet surf, enjoying nature, sleeping with the window open. No mosquitoes)
Very clean. Renovated. It is clear that the hotel is being taken care of. The grass is cut around, the dry branches are cut off. Well-maintained territory.
The guests are treated with cordiality, kindly, without imposing anything, they are always ready to help. The premises are in excellent condition. There is lacquered parquet on the floor. The windows are new plastic, with a good mosquito net. Refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, coffee table, bedside table. Regular cleaning, with a change of linen and towels. There are 4 free sockets in the room plus in the bathroom. Everything works, there are no stains or odors in the bathroom. There is always hot water with excellent pressure.
Line 1, no need to cross the road, get out - and in a minute you're on the beach.
Grocery stores are a 2-3 minute walk away. Canteens-cafes are also nearby. You can buy takeaway and eat at the hotel on the outdoor veranda downstairs or upstairs on the balcony.
The guests are decent people, no one bothers each other to relax. As I understand it, many people have been staying at this hotel over and over again for many years. I didn't want to leave. I hope we will come back here more than once)

The atmosphere is incredible.
The air is amazing.
The territory is clean, in flowers, well-groomed.
The hotel is cozy.
The host is hospitable and very friendly.
There's nothing to say about the sea!!!!!!

A wonderful place to relax!
We came here after reading the reviews, and we didn't regret it. Now we stop only here.
A wonderful place: close to the sea, in the shade of a Pitsunda pine tree, where squirrels are jumping merrily in the morning. Indeed, a corner of paradise.
Everything is close: shops, cafes.
Our beloved host Dmitry is a wonderful, intelligent, hospitable person. He always listens to the wishes of the guests and responds quickly to everything.
And what a wine he has! We remember the whole winter) I advise everyone to try it.
So, if you are going on vacation to Pitsunda, then only here. But book in advance: the rooms are flying like hot cakes. People come here year after year. So book your summer vacation sometime in March. Have a good rest and pleasant memories to all!!!

I've been wanting to go to Pitsunda for a long time, I've been choosing a hotel for a long time. And my choice fell on the Reserve Motel, I was not mistaken in my choice.My stay there was amazingly wonderful.Firstly, a wonderful, intelligent host Dmitry with excellent wine and tea, who solves all the issues that arise.Especially to say about her assistant Irina, who kept the motel clean.Secondly, we lived next to the sea among the beautiful Pitsunda pines, as in a fairy tale. Thirdly, the motel is 10 minutes from the center along a beautiful alley, we went to an organ concert in the cathedral.There is no problem to eat, there is a cafe around, we especially liked the "Yummy" in the center. In general, I am very happy with my vacation and special thanks to Dmitry, he made our vacation unforgettable! Keep it up !

A great place for a peaceful holiday. The room for two is decorated with wood, a chiffonier, a bedside table, clean mattresses, fresh linen, towels, a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, Internet, shower and toilet in the room, hot and cold water, a veranda for tea and conversations (where there is a thermal boiler, microwave and iron), a kitchen for cooking. I would like to note the hospitality of the owner, who is always kind, open, attentive, tactful.
The "Reserve Motel" has only 8 rooms, so there is no noise and riot. The purest sea is a few meters away, but it's a pleasure to walk them. Century-old Pitsunda pines grow around the motel (each has its own room), unusual eucalyptus trees.... and, of course, other rare trees, as well as squirrels running and amazing birds singing. The beach is rocky, the coast is clean, the water is clear, there are not very many vacationers (not thickly).
It is definitely necessary to visit here if you are looking for inspiration, serenity, admiring the beauty and saturation with the purest protected air!
PS: I will not describe about the peculiarities of Abkhazia itself, driving habits, cows walking on the roads, the necessary preparation before arriving in this region.....this is a different story and the organization of recreation depends on ourselves! Have a bright summer to all!

We stopped by the reviews and did not regret it. We checked in late, the responsive owner came himself to give us the keys. He allowed us to move in even for a day (although most places do not do this, but only settle for three days). The price is super. Room amenities. The bedding is all clean. The bathroom is in good condition. The house is located in a nature reserve. Through the window there is a forest and then the sea. The nature is super and the sea is two steps away. The sea is clear, dolphins are constantly appearing on the horizon. We stayed for two days. There is a kitchen in the house, we really did not use it, we ate in a cafe. There is an open veranda. A new iron, ironing board, cooler and everything you need to eat. The beach is not central, so it is very comfortable on it. There are few people. Nearby there are canteens, cafes, and a bakery with excellent pastries. We highly recommend it.

I want to come back here again and again!!! It was our first vacation in Abkhazia. Two weeks of unforgettable vacation. I'll start with the location of the hotel. It is located in a nature reserve with century-old trees and pines 20-30 meters from the cleanest and warmest sea (rested from September 18 to October 2, 2020). The air is impossible to breathe! A cozy room with a huge bed, clean linen. The room has Plastic Windows, a refrigerator, a plasma TV, a wardrobe. Bathroom, shower cabin. The shared spacious balcony has everything you need: clothesline, relaxation area with upholstered furniture. Tables and chairs. A wonderful area for tea, breakfast and socializing! A microwave oven, a thermal boiler, several electric kettles! There is excellent Wi-fi throughout the hotel. The Internet works perfectly. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a large refrigerator, an electric stove and all necessary utensils. In the evenings, you can gather in a large gazebo, barbecue and have a great time outdoors. The owner of the hotel is a hospitable, good-natured young man Dmitry. Solves all issues promptly. He will always come to the rescue. I advise you only to buy homemade wines and chacha from him! During the tasting, you will understand for yourself that you cannot compare with store-bought drinks. Dmitry can also arrange an individual transfer from the airport and back, bypassing all the problems with crossing the border. There are shops near the hotel, we ate in a cafe. Breakfast was prepared in the hotel kitchen. We fell in love with Abkhazia, this proud republic with its culture, traditions, and kind people! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and memories for the whole year!

I first stayed in this wonderful place 8-9 years ago, and fell in love with this place. Over the years, living conditions have improved significantly and new rooms have appeared. The rooms are clean and cozy. Good thick linen and terry towels. (This is important to me, so I always bring bed linen and towels with me, and this takes up a lot of space. Now I can safely make room in my luggage.) Plastic Windows, mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV, good new furniture, refrigerator, good Wi-Fi. The bathroom is also good. Shower stall, toilet, sink and mirror. New soap and toilet paper. (Also not a little important fact!) Enough for a comfortable stay. The car was put under the windows. Meals in canteens. One is located 150-200 meters from the reserve. (But I always eat in the center, the dining room is "Delicious".)
BUT THE PLACE IS GREAT NOT BECAUSE OF THE ROOM, BUT THE LOCATION!
The rooms are located on the territory of a nature reserve with relict trees. There's such air in this place!!! Squirrels jump and frolic. I would say the place is gorgeous for those who love and appreciate nature. The sea is 250-300 meters. More precisely, the beach is 100 meters away, and the coast is 10-150 meters from the sea. Very convenient!

For the 4th year in a row, I have been vacationing in this particular motel. 1st line to the sea, went out 100 meters along the reserve and you are on the beach. The rooms are small, but they suit us. The sun does not shine through the windows, as the motel is in the shade of the trees. There is a shared large balcony where you can sit, drink tea or have a snack, chat. I really like.
