The Western district is very good, but there is very little infrastructure. There are several grocery stores, a school,a bank, a post office,a market, a Western" , and what else?..... a new 11-storey building has grown, where a large playground has been built. The house next door, its residents, I think, are not happy with this idea, until late in the evening there is shouting, noise, uproar, shouting, etc. We only dream of peace...
