After discovering this a couple of days later, I called the auto shop and reported that I had been given an extra item. I suggested that they either let them pick it up by their own delivery forces (this is their mistake, after all) or I will deliver it to them if I am offered a "compliment from the institution" (such as a discount on the next order, washing or some other trifle), since going to this pick-up point in the middle of the week is a decent detour for me both in time and by fuel. They asked me to bring it anyway. I brought it. In response, I received only a "thank you" with a dissatisfied face. The client's costs for the shoals of their employees are not interesting to them.
