I took it here for the first time. I ordered BOSCH brake pads (front and rear). Because of the rush (leaving for another city), I did not have time. I decided to take it here, when ordering, I indicated that they would have time to deliver my order before 14:00, I ordered at 19:30 on 05/21/2024. After 10 minutes, an employee called back to confirm my order and said they would be able to deliver it before 14:00. I agreed and said OK. The next day (05/22/2024) at 10:55 I already received an SMS notification about the readiness of my order that it can be picked up. Thank you very much for such prompt delivery!
The product was sealed! Everything is fine, the quality is excellent!!

Horror. The manager assures that the selected spare part will arrive at the pick-up point within 12 hours. A day has passed. I didn't get a text message about the arrival. Okay, you never know... I arrived by myself, the woman at the pick-up point cheerfully informs me that the spare part will arrive in 3 days. The record for the service station flew off, I had to look for a spare part elsewhere. To be fair, I sometimes ordered spare parts from this store earlier, there were no special problems. But lately they have completely deteriorated...
