I often used the services of this store, but after the current situation, I will definitely stop. I bought a set of Sachs shock absorbers. At the first check everything was fine, after a couple of days I planned to replace them and upon re-checking I found that when the shock absorber was compressed, oil was leaking out of it and gas was coming out. An application for the return of the marriage was written in the PVZ. After 2 weeks, a refund was refused due to a violation of the pumping procedure. It seems to me that this is still a marriage, because in any case, oil leakage is not the norm of a new spare part. The refusal refers to the manufacturer's recommendations, although there are no such recommendations in Russian in the package. Good stores value their customers and go to meet them, but not here.
P.S. Later, the store management contacted me and we settled all the nuances: the spare part was handed over, the money was returned. The store has improved
