This is one of the most unusual castles that I have ever seen and visited inside. All its fortifications were built in the period from 1300 to 1311. The castle has an unusual, round shape, and its heads are oriented strictly to the cardinal directions. The main dungeon has 25 meters of "height" and 4 internal floors. Bellver stands on a hill more than 110 meters high and is made of sandstone taken at the foot of this mountain. The view from the fortress offers fantastic views of the port, the city and the sea. There is a well in the center of the fortress. There is a rather "moderate" museum collection inside, but you can see it quite well. That's what surprised me. A monorail with an electric motor for wheelchairs is mounted from the first floor to the upper tier! In general... everything is for people. All sorts and different. From the city, you can get here by tourist bus, uphill on foot or by taxi. There is a cafe in the parking lot near the castle - there is everything you need + a toilet.
One of the attractions of the Palm Tree, which you can visit, take a walk in the park, climb to the very top of the castle, the view of the city is gorgeous, admission is 4 euros
