I stayed at the Zam-Zam Hotel in Turkestan and was very satisfied. The hotel offers comfortable living conditions, clean and cozy rooms, as well as friendly staff.
The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a work desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean, and there was always hot water. The free Wi-Fi was stable, which was important to me.
The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, the choice of dishes was good. The hotel also has parking, which is convenient for those traveling by car.
I really liked the hotel. A good breakfast in the room, part of the breakfast can be left for dinner (if someone can't handle a boiled egg, milk porridge, coffee and two sausage pies and one potato pie). A five-minute walk from the hotel is the mausoleum of Khoja Akhmet Yasawi and the Caravanserai shopping and entertainment complex, a cafe across the street where they make delicious kebabs, and a bus stop nearby.
Check-in without any problems. What is inconvenient is that you have to take off your shoes at the reception and leave them there, or drag them to your room. The room is clean, there are bathrobes, but in our room for three there was no window, only a small rectangular window. The air conditioner is working properly. The location is very good.
