We stayed at this hotel from 07/14/24 to 07/25/24 and were very satisfied. We had a rest with our daughter, arrived in the evening, we were met by the administrator Shura, a very pleasant woman, and immediately escorted us to the room. They put us in room 208. The room is clean, renovated. The air conditioner was working properly. The wi-fi internet has always worked well. Except if there is a strong thunderstorm, then it worked weaker. There were no power or water outages at all. At any time of the day, there was always both cold and hot water. Special thanks, I would like to express to the maid Tatiana. The room was cleaned every two days. The garbage was removed from the room every day. The towels were constantly changing. Bed linen too. All the bed linen was clean, without stains, towels too. When questions arose, administrator Shura always solved them, without any aggression, as some write here. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would like to write about the dining room in this hotel separately. Grandmothers cook very tasty, the portions are huge, for a very small price. Always clean dishes, without any chips. During the period that we gave there, we never regretted that we checked into the Transcaucasia hotel. There is a market nearby, a wholesale store two steps away, a 5-minute walk to the sea at an average pace. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

We had a rest with my wife until 07/08/24 we got a room without repair, old beds, old chairs, etc. plus it's air conditioning in the room, TV, hot and cold water and toilet. The administrator Shura does not like when you start making comments, starts to get angry, etc. We have not had our underwear changed in 8 days. One of the advantages is the convenient location near the market and the sea itself . On the ground floor there is a dining room "At the Grandmothers", the food is good, you can take homemade wine. During the vacation, my neighbors and I were lucky and it was quiet.

The staff consists of elderly women who cannot wake up from the first bell, we hammered at the door for about an hour, although the guest house is listed in the work schedule as ROUND-the-CLOCK (to which the woman told us that we should come before 12)
Secondly, if you do not want to bring cockroaches home, then it is better not to come to this hotel, they are lying everywhere in the lobby, not that cockroaches but horses
Thirdly, due to the fact that we arrive late (after 00:00), the grandmother who sits below decided that we are courtesans

We are currently resting here from August 1 to August 13. The numbers are as stated in the photo. Everything is ascetic, but everything you need is there. Air conditioning, mini fridge, TV, table, a couple of bedside tables and beds with chairs. True, we could not set up the TV, but we did not come to watch TV. There is everything you need for living. There is a kettle on the floor and an ironing board is also available. There is no hair dryer in the room, but bed linen is provided every four days with towels. There is a dining room, but we rarely ate because we were at sea all the time. They cook normally, the portions are large for me, for a 43-year-old man, there is even a lot of one serving. The renovation in the room where we lived, 311, in a separate building is good. About nature, you can see the mountains through the window, it's very beautiful especially in the morning. Everything is green around. The road is far away and this is a big plus as it is very quiet. A five-point vacation, of course, if the Internet hadn't fallen off. The sea is 745 meters away, an average walk of 7 minutes and this is a huge advantage, you eat at the sea first of all. Who needs a market, because it is 205 meters from the hotel. I will not describe the market, as there is a separate review of mine. The staff is normal, they do not bother vacationers, but we do them, and this harmony is simple. No one bothers anyone. There is paid parking on site, you can leave your car. There are interruptions with water and light, but this is the case throughout Abkhazia and if they turn off, then everyone has it. There are chickens in the yard, one Chinese is very colorful. I think the price of accommodation is very reasonable and thank you very much for this, as the prices around are much higher. Set up the Internet, put a microwave oven on the floor and not much comfort, and there will be five with two pluses. Well done, thank you.

A good hotel for a budget holiday, for example, for 2 pensioners! We had a rest with a friend from 01.08 to 06.08. 23. we liked everything, the central market is 50 meters away, we went to the Ferris Wheel on the beach (15 min walk) a lot of shops with all sorts of goodies (homemade pastries, confectionery with Turkish and national sweets, etc. and of course, Abkhazian wines). The rest is excellent, there are many impressions from excursions to Lake Ritsa and New Athos

It was in winter, there were no guests, the heating was due to the air conditioner, the first night it was cold, and when the room warmed up, it seemed to be warm. The rooms are small. When I entered the hotel, I was initially stunned by the poor condition of the room. I found mouse droppings on the bed linen.

The rest in this guest house ended after 5 days without starting. For exactly so many days I tried to buy a reservation in the room of this guest house, proving(!!!) to the manager, what:
1. The tour operator has the number I need.
2. I am not obliged to pay money for the room directly.
3. It is not my fault that I do not create the description of the hotel from the tour operator with accommodation for children under 5 years old.
4. The issues of settling in the season should be resolved more quickly
The essence of the dispute was around my 4-year-old son, whose accommodation the tour operator, contrary to the manager's opinion, considered free.
Maybe the guest house itself is not bad, but unfortunately I never found out.
Dear administration of the guest house, in an attempt to shine in all aggregators of travel agencies and navigation applications, accept the terms of the contracts that you conclude with them.

We stayed for a week with the whole family, everything is very good. The room was clean, everything matched the description and photo. From the sea 5 minutes through the market, across the street there is a shop, 10 minutes from the main embankment where it is very interesting to walk with children in the evening.
The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and neither the spiral nor the liquid outlet saved them, but this is not for the hotel, there are just a lot of them everywhere.

Convenient location, almost in the city center. There is a market nearby, many cafes, shops, canteens. The beach is about three hundred meters away, about five minutes by leisurely gait. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to all requests. The territory is small, but for the number that lives in the hotel, it is quite enough. The territory has its own dining room and a cafe-bar, which is open until 23 hours. The rooms are clean, the rooms have everything you need: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, etc. Cleaning was daily.
But.. there are also disadvantages:
towels are small, thin and only one per person. Of course, it's not the biggest inconvenience, but if they were with you. At night, the lights were turned off from 3 to 5, which means there was no water at that time either, including in the toilet. (Stock up for this case)
And, I don't know about the other rooms, but our room had a terrible bed:
rickety and terribly creaky (you won't turn around once again), the mattress was "no". I took off a star for that.
And yet, if I were asked if I would like to come here again, I would answer that with great pleasure.

I would like to thank the administrator of this hotel for their attention and care. Even at night, she ordered us a comfortable transfer back. The rooms are neat with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. Everything is working properly. The only doubt was caused by the cafe at the hotel, it seemed not hygienic, but no one forces you to go there)
The location is excellent, near the market and the sea, the view of the mountains from the balcony will also not make you bored!

Not a bad place, in my opinion, the price for an ordinary hotel in Abkhazia is greatly overstated. Friendly staff, clean, the bed is changed on the fourth day. Simple repairs, simple furniture, from which everything is already falling off. The toilet seat in my room was already broken off. A big plus is that it was possible to pay for most of it by transfer. The mountains are visible from the courtyard, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. Nearby there are shops, a market, a bus stop. Light, water, everything was there. It's quite a peaceful place.

The rooms are not cleaned, only towels are changed every 3 days, and the garbage is taken out. That's it. That's where the advantages ended. We rested from 4 to 6 August. We were the first tenants. Very nice administrators, they showed everything. For its price, it's just fine. Everything is there - TV, shower, towels, and grapes grew on the balcony! Plus, there are wonderful guards on the territory - two nice dogs! We will definitely come back again.
