We stayed at this hotel from 07/14/24 to 07/25/24 and were very satisfied. We had a rest with our daughter, arrived in the evening, we were met by the administrator Shura, a very pleasant woman, and immediately escorted us to the room. They put us in room 208. The room is clean, renovated. The air conditioner was working properly. The wi-fi internet has always worked well. Except if there is a strong thunderstorm, then it worked weaker. There were no power or water outages at all. At any time of the day, there was always both cold and hot water. Special thanks, I would like to express to the maid Tatiana. The room was cleaned every two days. The garbage was removed from the room every day. The towels were constantly changing. Bed linen too. All the bed linen was clean, without stains, towels too. When questions arose, administrator Shura always solved them, without any aggression, as some write here. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would like to write about the dining room in this hotel separately. Grandmothers cook very tasty, the portions are huge, for a very small price. Always clean dishes, without any chips. During the period that we gave there, we never regretted that we checked into the Transcaucasia hotel. There is a market nearby, a wholesale store two steps away, a 5-minute walk to the sea at an average pace. I recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Stayed here from July 1, 2024 , arrived later settled in the room 203 , beds , bedding , towels all jammed , towels with holes , and about the bed is another story , reminded of summer camp 1980 creaks , stagger , when I asked to change , Alexandra , is a local administrator must , on the whole cafeteria , screaming , calling , calling all coming to them ,all the crap , all the spoil that for the money , we want a lot , barely persuaded to put 2 mattress overall for single beds and air conditioning , I woke up at night from the noise , I thought the tractor under the Windows is running , and that the neighbors were included among themselves , the lady said this morning that there are superior rooms , the maid saw twice the trash in the morning the door are exhibiting , bed never changed , although requested ,all skirting boards off , bring Mosquito funds , dining room good Granny trying , but the dishes all stained , not washed , all broken , but the workers are certainly not to blame , the place is nice , quiet , but last night I drove the trio who love to walk , poorat , unlucky to the market and the sea . A good budget hotel. It is not far from the sea, near the market, at the hotel the dining room "at the grandmothers", the food is delicious, the portions are large, even very large. Everything is very good.
