Plus: It's a very cool location. Nearby is the Union metro station, an interchange hub. There is a marina on Dubai Creek within walking distance to get to the other shore by water. The staff is polite and helpful. All requests were fulfilled sooo quickly. Minus: it's time to make cosmetic repairs at the hotel.

Dirty Indian hotel. They refused to check in, saying that the reservation had been canceled and that there were no available rooms. Then they offered to pay an additional 120 dirhams.
