There are also contradictory impressions about the masters of the salon. Svetlana is my favorite hair master ❤️very wow 🤩 I also visit Yana's eyelash extension master, who also does her job well. Polina had it on her eyebrows - it was also great. As for the nail service ... disappointment, of course. They make very thick nails, and I suffered from chipping.... I'm definitely not going back to my nails.... As for the receptionist, there are always friendly girls. Good Instagram management ... I take off the rating only for the nail service …

I am probably the most patient customer of this salon. I've been to almost all the incompetent nail artists. Master Randa used to work here, and I was glad that I found a beautiful salon with a convenient location, friendly receptionist and delicious tea, where they do a wonderful manicure).
But then Randa went on maternity leave... as it turned out, the rest of the girls are not masters at all! They don't know how to do a hardware manicure, the cuticle comes out after a few days, they make an incomprehensible shape, because of which the nail breaks in the most unpleasant place. Craftsmen Natalia and Anastasia do not understand at all what repairs mean, but they take money for it, although they are broken through the fault of their master. After their "repairs", the nails broke after 1-7 days in the same place. I've just been struggling with manicures for several months now, hoping that this is a misunderstanding and that the worst craftsmen in the city can't work in such a salon. I assure you, they are collected here.
I paid 150 rubles for the last manicure. A week later, the nail broke at the place of "repair", I came to fix it - I spent an hour - the nail broke the next day and now it also hurts!
I can recommend Angelina's cosmetologist - she chose the care perfectly and performed the procedure very professionally.
I hope that at least the salon owner will finish reading this entire text and take action. Thank you for your attention!

I've visited this salon several times, everything is great, the staff are smiling and the atmosphere is amazing. I took off a star for coming and will come) always in the morning, and they offer coffee every other time, it's a little sad.

I went to the master Irina for coloring for about six months. Everything is fine with the coloring, there are no questions. Last time I asked to trim the tips by 1-2 cm.
They cut my hair standing up, on dry hair, for about 2 minutes, in the end they didn't even comb it and didn't look at what happened. I trusted the master, I thought she was a "super professional" if she could do that…
And how horrified I was when I arrived home. One half of the hair is 3-4 cm shorter than the other. There is a ladder on one side (which I didn't ask for!) not on the other one.
Waist-length hair, thin and not thick. I'm raising them. How much time, labor, care and money this length cost me. To have "this" done to me. And how much more will it take to cut off to fix it?
And, how long does it take to grow at least what was?

I would like to mention the manicure master Natalia. He always does it very carefully. The gel is easily worn for a whole month, without chipping. Natalia applies a coating "under the cuticle" - therefore, the overgrown nail is not visible for a long time. If you sign up, I advise you to go to her.

Unfortunately, visiting this salon left unpleasant impressions. The master who did the wrapping is pleasant and attentive! that's all. the procedure, which was supposed to last 1 hour and 30 minutes, was performed 20-30 minutes faster, taking into account all fees, showers and payment. Disappointment and complete price-quality discrepancy.

I was at Sergey's haircut and was very disappointed - I trusted a professional in my field with great experience and good reviews, and as a result I received profiled ends of thin hair, which now just stick out in different directions when drying with a hair dryer (without pulling and styling) and are terribly fluffy, like a dandelion. It's a shame
At the same time, Maxim, last time he cut his hair just fine, and also put his hair in beautiful curls at the end.

Unfortunately, the master does not hear and does not understand what you are talking about, it is more important to sell you a head massage than to do what you ask. I did the coloring in the salon- the color is disgusting, the master does not see or does not understand that it does not fit at all. Good drugs, but, unfortunately, poorly used. I was dissatisfied. Money is wasted.

Master Svetlana absolutely does not know how to work with curly hair (
I understand that it is easier to take a straight hair, wash and style, but you need to know how to work with different types of hair.
The whole hairstyle emphasized that the hair is tangled, dry, and so on.(this is their normal structure)
Curly hair is combed after washing (wet) and then it is not touched, and even more so it is not dried uncombed, since if you comb the curls, they fluff up, respectively, on the second day the hair gets tangled.
As a result, the styling turned out not to be what I expected and "drilled" in an hour.
In general, not a foot to master Svetlana anymore, as well as to the salon in principle, too, since I think it is unacceptable to replace the master in the premium class salon a couple of hours before recording🥲

We've called you! I take out my phone, and the call from them was 5 minutes before the appointed time, when I was already approaching the doors of the salon. The salon, which positions itself as a Luxury level, turned out to be just an dishonest and incompetent office, which has Show-offs like a Deer!

It's just a mega salon!!! The interior is gorgeous! The atmosphere is so pleasant and friendly that I didn't want to leave! The masters are geniuses of their craft!
