When the painting was done, the registrar was dressed in a very strange outfit, inside the foyer it looks more like he did not come to the registry office, but to the PSC. Of course, it may be beautiful in the ceremonial hall, but the rest is so-so. The document was barely visible on the one hand, you see, they have such a paint. Over time, it also fades slightly and will not be visible at all. I advise you to choose a place even for an ordinary painting that is more civilized and beautiful somewhere far away in the city.
