They couldn't try anything, because they were celebrating a birthday in the restaurant and the music was screaming super loud. The waiter offered to go to another room to place an order, to which I suggested turning down the sound. After the refusal, we left. From the dishes that the waiter was able to shout, it became clear that not all of them were available, but only 5-6 dishes.
It is a pity that expectations were not met, and it is good that there are still many cafes in Vitebsk

Unlike other catering establishments, meat, fish, and lean dishes are on the menu here on any working day. Cumin drink is probably the only one you can drink here in the city.

There is no custard tea on the menu, but you can ask for it, fresh tea will be brewed in a teapot at the bar. Delicious. Inexpensive. We would change the format to the usual one for a cafe: where the waiter fully serves the customer from accepting the order to paying, and there would be a five.

We had lunch at this cafe during the excursion program. A group of 55 people. The tables were set: salad, bread, citrus drink. Next, soup, a second course ( pancakes with meat), pancakes with cottage cheese as a dessert and tea were served. Everything was served quickly and without delay. The hall is located on the 2nd floor, the number of toilets is only 2.

The cafe is very old, located on the second floor, which is already inconvenient for visiting with children, especially small ones. I have never seen a worse service, one menu for the entire institution, which in no case should be picked up, otherwise other visitors will not see it, and this is just an a4 printout (after all, it is not difficult to print and laminate more copies).
The food is very greasy, everything floats in oil, it is not tasty, it can only cleanly clog the stomach with subsequent heartburn.
There are no high chairs and it feels like you haven't even heard of them, you can only hold children in your arms.
Of the advantages, I can only mention the beautiful shape of the waitresses and the speed of taking out dishes, but the quality of course wants the best.
It's time to update the cafe (tablecloths, dishes, menus) and improve the service.
