The center refused to provide services without this good . I wrote a complaint. I called the insurance company and they started talking nonsense that they might have changed the rules since the new year . As a client, I am not interested in how and what changes, I have a letter of guarantee and confidence in solving the issue. If you, as intermediaries, stupidly take money and do not know the nuances, then you have worked 100%. But if you want to be customer-oriented, then delve into the process.
