navigation is at level ZERO. there are a lot of objects at one address. scattered within a few kilometers. There's no way to guess where you need to come. where is the purchase, where is the download. A large banner is needed in front of the ring. if you can't place objects on the maps.

Warranty repair defects are not performed. They promise, they're stalling.
