Excellent care for the guests, an individual approach to each of them, good food, amazing care, warmth and attention that the staff always surrounds our loved ones! Leisure and its diversity are also pleasing - they sing songs, then dance, concerts, themed lunches or dinners are constantly held. Something interesting is always organized for each holiday. The rooms, and throughout the boarding house, are clean and tidy, our relatives and friends are always clean, combed and neatly dressed. The boarding house also has medical staff. The health of the guests is monitored 24/7. Medications are taken on time.

The boarding house does not match the advertisement, the reviews on the site are most likely fake ducks. Mom survived 10 days in this institution.Health workers and nurses are overloaded, they do not have the opportunity to cover the attention of all elderly guests, since the boarding house is densely populated, the rooms are cramped, food is scarce, contraindications and diet are not taken into account, no treatment is carried out, only pills prescribed by the attending physician are given. If you need a doctor, then you need to pay for it separately.The toilet and washbasin on the 2nd floor are shared for several rooms, washing in the shower quickly in the presence of the staff, my mother was ill at night, no one could get through, the staff is asleep.The cost of 1300 rubles per month for a 4-bed room is money for which personal care with an individual menu should be provided. Outdoor walks were 2 times for only half an hour, the rest of the time - sit in a stuffy room with the smell of a mixture of urine and chlorine.The contract was signed for 1 month, mom served a third of the term, now I can't get a refund for unused time, they are dragging and constantly coming up with different reasons for non-return : we do not return to the card from which the payment was made, holidays, we make a refund within 30 days, etc.It's all lies and dishonesty, the task of the administration is to stuff the building with more guests, steal money, and what in return?I do not advise anyone to use such "care and care".
