I went to the store 15 minutes ago to buy a cream. The specialist communicated incoherently, she did not have the necessary information. Offered irrelevant products. It was clear that she was new there, but leaving an employee alone who could not answer the client's questions was an extremely strange choice. I asked her to call someone "older", but she said she was alone. I went out without buying with the clear intention of not wasting my time on this branch anymore. That's how customers leave.
