Hello, I liked body and skin care cosmetics the most, I have not tried hair care products, perfume used to please me more (why does the company change the assortment every year? . There was a very tasty green stem water and an ode to love, a heart-shaped bottle, discontinued). Today (12/16/23) I visited a store on Pobedy Street in Gomel in order to choose body milk for myself and as gifts for the new year.
There were unpleasant impressions, firstly, the price of 39p for ordinary milk, which could still be bought for 25 in the summer, increased very much). Secondly , because of the attitude of the sales consultants , there was a feeling that they were dissatisfied with their work , I felt as if I had come to their personal home and had to make a choice very quickly . I noticed how they don't like the fact that I want to try all the flavors of gels and choose what I like! But that's what I came for! When I asked about promotional gifts for the purchase , they also expressed dissatisfaction , as if I was asking them to personally give me cosmetics . Given the real price of the goods and the surcharge, these gifts have long been included in the price, obviously!
It left a very pleasant impression . Nothing was recommended in the selection today .

The store itself is normal, but what I didn't like was the girl who worked with me. She asked if she could help me, and I said no. She was nearby, when paying at the checkout, she did not ask me for a discount, did not ask if there was a coupon. I just punched it and said the amount to be paid. Then, when I had already reacted, she spoke to me with displeasure, as if it was not in her interests to ask and tell me everything, but I should ask her. I did not come to the grocery store, where they sell me bread, where I will leave 2 rubles! Moreover, there is not a crowd of customers, which makes you tired and stand with a sour face. I work in a similar field myself and always pay attention to such moments

There used to be a much cooler store. Now you come in and see half-empty shelves, not a deep assortment and biting prices. It also became uninteresting to collect stamps, somehow it was much better. And they also ran out of packaging.. that even though you come by a birthday flyer, I would like everything to be really carefully invested and handed over your purchase. In general, I paid, took it away and was disappointed.. although I went with such a mood, as always, to the store of this chain

I do not know why and How (?!) this cosmetic shop "survives" with a large selection of various cosmetics and COSMIC PRICES for products... I have never seen a "crowd" of people there in all the time since its opening. It is always clean, the staff is politely helpful. They try to impose at least something on the buyer... There are discounts and promotions, but they also need to be "caught"...
