The temperature regime in the wagons is not observed — it is either very hot or cold. There is no first aid kit, and if you feel unwell, no one will help you.
The ticket price is too high and does not correspond to the quality of services. In addition, in the reserved seat, you always have to give up the bottom seat to other passengers who do not know that their seat is on top.
