I visit this store very often and can give a good assessment. The product range is wide, the store itself is not small. It looks neat, clean inside and out. The location is convenient, as well as the work schedule, from 9:00 to 22:00. And, it seems, discounts on salads after 20:00 are already coming. Regarding cooking and baking, everything is very good, I advise you. I have never found a delay here. There are self-service cash desks with Kaspi and Halyk banks. I personally have no complaints about cashiers. However, I think the only thing that spoils the impression is the guards. Sometimes, it was possible to see conflict situations between a consumer and a security guard who does not fully understand certain laws. In order not to be unfounded, I will give you an example of what I saw today. A security guard, dressed in overalls, began to restrict the movement of a woman who entered the trading floor with a cart and a small bag from a clothing store. The man, without greeting her or introducing himself, insisted that she leave the package in the luggage room. To which the woman refused the first two times, but still the guard had to go further against the consumer's rights and eventually get her to leave the bag. I will note that the guard can only ask to leave the package or bag in the storage room, and the buyer has the right to safely refuse, since he is not obliged. I am full of hope that such situations will not happen again in such a good supermarket.
Great store!
The whole network is well represented in Karaganda.
A variety of product lines, adequate staff.
Decent service at the ticket offices and in self-service.
I am actively buying in Yuzhny.
The stores are easily identified.
Parking lots are small.
Always very fresh pastries. Very tasty bread. It's often still hot. There is a large selection and for different budgets. The fruits are of good quality. A large selection of high-end cheeses.
But the guards are paying too much attention. You take the cheese and they lead you openly around the store from counter to counter to the cash register. Also with alcoholic beverages. It's too intrusive and frankly annoying.
