Cooking is at zero : full of unsanitary conditions, the production date is changed every day (even if the salad or bun is 4 days old and they will smell bad rotten, the price tag will be re-glued for today). When I was there, the rotten pickles were simply washed with tap water to wash off the mold and the brine was replaced with running water. Sellers touch food with dirty hands, in case the food falls to the floor, they will pick it up and put it back on the counter. With all of the above factors, they tell people that the food is fresh. I will never buy anything from Yuzhny's cooking again.
